The recorder seems to work until it’s time to save the video. It doesn’t save anything. If you start the recording in a dark room and the light is turned on, you will go from black to white and get nothing. But I have to say that its feature-set and UI/UX degraded over time to point where I can‘t use it and can‘t recommend it anymore, at least to timelapse-enthusiasts. Either I‘m stupid or blind (if so I will change this rating) or I can‘t find manual camera controls. Who shoots timelapse in full auto? Who? I used this app to push boundaries in iPhoneography back in the day, my iPhone-Timelapse videos got freatured on gizmodo, cnet etc. But you can‘t push the boundaries anymore with the current state of this app. All a serious timelapse-photographer wants are manual camera controlls (ISO, WB, exposure as long as possible), manual intervall settings and RAW photo output. Nobody who buys a dedicated timelapse app these days (since iOS has its own timelapse feature) wants a compressed video as output. Give me hundreds of RAW-photos, please. I‘ll gladly buy that new timelapse-app of yours. ### 2/5 — Gut gemeint.… aber *2017-08-09, version 6.2.6* Instabil ### 2/5 — Good, but with a pretty major flaw... *2016-08-28, version 6.2.6* I had plans to use this program for a school project based on time lapse photography. To my joy I found this app and it seemed as if it was going to perfect. You could select the fps, adjust framing the shot, pretty much it was all set. I used photos taken from my GoPro and was excited when I had found a program to put it all together. I pressed finish on the file and it gave me a video. The video turned out great... however it is plagued with pink lines across the screen, ruining the video. But, after getting a new 6+ I accidentally downloaded this app twice and it stored the icon in two different places. This caused the app to have many glitches. Frustrated, I bought a new app only to find that after deleting the duplicate, it worked as it should. I still like this one better over the new one. ### 1/5 — Bug ridden *2016-03-04, version 6.2.6* I hoped to use this for a youtube project, but it freezes and looses the video. When started it will spontaneously start recording and that buggers the works. Its horribly slow to export video to photos or dropbox. But getting it to connect to a mac is impossible. Nor can one store the videos to the iphone photos storage. Further, the online support is through a “forum” that is impossible to log into. Sad. ### 1/5 — Sistematela o toglietela dallo store e ridatemi i soldi... *2020-02-14, version 6.2.6* Presa anni fa e funzionava bene, unico “difetto” (vedi mia vecchia recensione) era relativo al savataggio. Rimessa in questi giorni su iphone 7 e comprata anche per ipad pro e mi accorgo che ha un sacco di bachi. Spesso i filmati non vengono creati, nella libreria dopo aver fatto il lapse ti ritrovi con un album con un punto di domanda, quei pochi che vanno a buon fine se ci clicchi sopra non te lo fa vedere, quindi in esitor e altro non riesci a fare nulla. This resulted to having a final .mov file that I could do NOTHING (save to library or iMovie) besides exporting it to Dropbox. After exported to Dropbox I couldn't get it back to the phone the file could not be played. After several hours I concluded that the 4K+ resolution 4000x3000 was somehow preventing the file to be played on the iPhone. The second timelapse trial got me really livid. 90 min timelapse to 35 sec video. Settings: 4K, stills capture mode, no photos to be saved. 90 minutes passed , I heard the shutter sound for all 1050 photos captured, so when it automatically stoped NOTHING WAS SAVED , the folder icon had a QUESTION MARK and was black and empty. This last one totally ruined all my work and time putting into this... ### 1/5 — 5 Sterne, wenn die App funktionieren würde... *2016-05-14, version 6.2.6* -Leider stürzt die App oft ab. -Einstellungen werden nicht gespeichert. -Beim starten der App beginnt oft die Aufnahme, ohne das man es will. -Wenn man eine Timelapse aufnimmt, taucht diese meist nicht in der Bibliothek auf und alles war umsonst. But with the improvements brought in recent versions, this app is now my favourite time lapse app. It also shoots in 4K and 4K+. Facilitates any time interval. You can lock exposure and white balance, even lock screen so it doesn't rotate inadvertently when you're doing a timelapse in a roller coaster ;) You can export resulting movies to Dropbox, YouTube, iCloud or Google Drive. ### 5/5 — Excellente application *2016-02-07, version 6.2.6* Ce que j’apprécie dans la dernière version est de pouvoir effectuer la capture dans différent formats, dont le capteur plein format (12Mpx) à 60fps. Une bonne matière pour du montage video avec recadrage… Heureusement l’éditeur intégré permet de traiter ces énormes fichiers car Fcpx et compressor ne le peuvent pas! J'attends avec impatience la version pilotable depuis l'Apple Watch. ### 5/5 — I love this App. *2015-06-17, version 6.2.1* One of the best things about this is that it will capture full res iPhone tiff images. The size does add up, but you have much more versatility in using an image that is larger than the 1920x1080p video I will eventually export. I can modify all the images in lightroom, and then crop the image to the image I want to export. … Meaning. … I get to edit the look, and the cropping, after the fact, with no video quality lost. ### 5/5 — 今の所ベスト *2015-03-08, version 6.2* タイムスピードアップと撮影間隔（秒）変換の方法が後半にあります（必読です） フリー版を使ってましたがビデオの再生時間が15秒までなので有料版にしました、通常はフリー版からのアプデート200円でいいと思います。 大体の無料タイムラプスアプリを試してみましたがこのTimeLapseが一番使いやすく画質がいいと思いました。 以下良いと思った点。 撮影時にシャッター音がしない。 撮影開始時に画面を暗くできる。 自分のプリセットが記憶できる。 撮影開始でフォーカス等をロックするので安定した動画になる（操作が簡単、他のアプリではロックが面倒なのが多い）。 撮影開始時のロックはもちろん変更もできる。 スマート露出が有効で明るさの変化によるチラツキが抑えられる、もちろんオフにもできる。 水平を確認出来て、すごく合わせやすい（他のアプリに見習ってほしい）。 ちよっと不便な点。 縦方向で撮影できませんが、私はPCで変換できるのでよしとしました。 純正のビデオにある露出の可変を可能にしてほしい 設定のタイムスピードアップの懸念がわかりづらい、何秒おきに撮影するがわかりやすいと思います。 タイムスピードアップと撮影間隔（秒）変換の方法。 流れる雲を撮影する場合私は2～5秒置きで撮影しますが(撮影間隔優先が良いタイムラプス動画のコツだと思います)、例としてb 5秒をタイムスピードアップに変換する方法。 撮影間隔（秒）×３０（フレーム）＝タイムスピードアップ 例：5秒×３０（フレーム）＝タイムスピードアップ　150 これでムービー作成の設定で最終ビデオとタイムスピードアップから録画時間を決める設定にする 例：最終ビデオ1分、タイムスピードアップ150、録画時間＝2時間30分となる ### 5/5 — NEEDS UPDATE TO IOS8 *2014-10-16, version 6.1.2* Please update the App for iOS 8. Please update the app so the user has the ability to take photos at .1 or .25 of a second intervals. And please fix the crashing.
