## What is Timeledger HQ?

Timeledger is the employee app for companies that run their attendance and payroll on Timeledger. If your employer uses Timeledger, this app lets you check in and out with verified GPS location, track your attendance history, request leave, and view your payslips — all from your phone.

KEY FEATURES

• GPS-verified check-in/out — punch in and out only when you're at an approved work location, with geofencing that confirms you're really there
• Works offline — punches are queued on your device and synced automatically once you're back online
• Attendance history — see your daily status: present, late, half-day, on leave, holiday
• Leave requests — apply for leave, track approval status, and see your remaining balance by leave type
• Payslips — view your monthly payslip, including PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS breakdowns
• Push notifications — get notified the moment your leave request is decided or your payslip is ready
• Secure phone login — sign in with your registered mobile number and a one-time code, no password to remember

WHO THIS IS FOR

Timeledger is used by employers across India to run GPS-geofenced attendance and statutory payroll (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, gratuity). This app is for their employees — you'll need your employer's registered phone number set up in Timeledger to sign in. If your company doesn't yet use Timeledger, ask your HR team.

PRIVACY & LOCATION

Timeledger only requests your location while you're actively checking in or out, to confirm you're within your employer's approved work location. We never track your location in the background.
