I subscribed to one month at £9.99. It’s still telling me to subscribe and saying only have the basic free account. It’s taken my money but not given me the service. Their “support” is only on discord which I don’t use and there’s a button saying report subscription issue and nothing has happened. Total waste of time and I have no way of getting a refund or response. Good apps at least have an email address to be able to contact them. This app totally sucks as it’s taken my money and given me nothing. If I could give it zero stars I would

Scammy / half finished app
The reviews this app has are bot AI generated. While not indicative of a scam, the app only allows paid access to try any features, it appears in the App Store to have several fake reviews, overall it’s giving incomplete/nonworking app vibes.
UPDATE 1/21/26: Message from developer “What excatly you expect from this app? It's an AI app, of course." I’m expecting actual real people reviewing the app, not fake AI generated reviews. Strings of characters at the bottom of several of the apps reviews indicate something odd is going on.
