No user feature so I lost a year of work, very laggy, doesn’t let you rename your timeline when you accidentally get rid of the name

I did my homework with this, I saved it then went to open it later and a blank gray screen popped up. Now I have to start over but I won't be using this. Fix this app

It was really good for story planning until it wasn’t.
Couldn’t access what I had created after saving it and leaving. Lost years of work…. My Life is incomplete now

My only problem is when you leave the app for more than a few seconds the app refreshes. Meaning you gave to then scroll all the way back to where you were. If your timeline is big, this can get tedious. It’s also a pain if it refreshes before you save, as it will delete everything. I learned the hard way and now save every time I make the smallest change

For any of the timelines with images, when I leave the app and return to them, it’s just a grey screen! It’s all gone! Pls fix!

I’d ask developers to add an SSO to the app so that apps on desktop and iphone get same working files and also maybe add an option to place timeline entries a bit denser maybe one atop of the other while the arrow still points at the timeline
