There are no feature for couple massage. They make it harder to book. 2. They shows about setting Tier price for therapist but this is so terrible if you have staff who so talent and can do a lot of services this widget will blocked their talent on the system. 3. Report. There are a lot of report but there are no report that can tell you what date, what time is you busy time of the day , week , year or how many client you got per day per week or period of time! ### 1/5 — Poor support & follow up *2026-06-10, version 17.20260608.1* Software functionality if adequate, although lacks some basic requirements. Reporting is poor and inaccurate causing issues. The main problem is UK support. There are better solutions out there with a willingness to help. ### 1/5 — Poor management *2026-03-30* I’ve lost access to my timely account both on my computer and phone. Can’t access records nor reschedule appointments. That’s only part of the problem. Contacting support simply does not work. Every single time I’ve had to contact support they say we’re busy but how about scheduling a time. No thanks, I need help right now. This is an ongoing problem that does not exist with other programs in this industry. It’s cheap for a reason ### 3/5 — App not responding *2026-02-11, version 2.18.2* Great app, just never opens on the first open- I have to swipe it up and get rid of it then re open for it to work ### 1/5 — Constantly logging out *2025-10-20* Crazy how many times I have to log back in on the app during the day - an absolute nightmare trying to run a business while being logged out over and over again while requesting 2FA codes via text (especially when the salon has multiple staff) all to just do it again a few hours later. Ridiculous ### 5/5 — Timely for the win! *2025-07-14, version 2.16.0* Way better than fresha it’s simple and easy to navigate! ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING *2025-05-06, version 2.15.21* It’s been good 5 weeks that I’m having trouble with them and they keep asking for screen recording. Lazy team, support is DISGUSTING they just pass you to each other and to another day Believe me one start because I had too. There is nothing less ### 2/5 — Difficult customer service *2025-04-10* Recently they changed payment process companies and required payment info be updated. No matter how many times payment info was re-entered a pop up blocked the use of the app. Customer service seemed friendly, but didn’t seem to understand the severity of the matter. The app is just an ok way to track client service dates. Wouldn’t really recommend for much more than that. And if you ever have an issue, plan on ruining a whole day or two with back and forth emails. ### 1/5 — Terrible communication do not recommend *2024-09-08, version 2.15.8* When cancelling get timey it did not work two months consecutive I was charged. When contacting timey I got ignored numerous times, when they finally got back to me, refused to cancel my account when I said I have tried they said was my responsibility to which I had two twice previous, and refused a refund for the two months I hadn’t used the app. Rude and unhelpful responses. ### 1/5 — Logs me out. *2024-08-27, version 2.15.8* Constantly logs me out even though I used it an hour ago.
