## What is Timely?

Track NYC subways from wherever you are and get the most accurate estimate possible for when to leave to catch your train!

Timely uses real-time train data published by New York's MTA every 30 seconds to give you the most accurate and up-to-date estimates for when to catch your train.  Wherever you happen to be, we determine how long of a walk you have to the nearest station, and provide a precise countdown so you know exactly when to leave.

The subway trains currently supported by Timely are New York City's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, L, and S lines.  These are the only lines the MTA currently publishes real-time data for.  As soon as more lines are added, we will include support for them in the app.
