A simple email or direct message would have been sufficient to ask my question and receive an answer. But timelycare forced me to schedule a entire second video visit 24 hours in advance just to ask a single question. It seems to me that this wastes the doctor’s time and mine. Being an international student was hard on its own but after losing my mom things got really really difficult for me but Mr. Shabahang changed my life and helped me through it all. The talknow support counselors made my mental health worse than it was before calling in, as they would just essentially say they couldn’t help me and refer me back to those self-help articles, making me feel even more alone and lost than I was before. This app tries its best to make a patient feel bad about their issue, they are just so fake and using mental health of other people to make money. All the provider has taken my mental health as a joke and I take proper actions for the same. ### 1/5 — System Glitch *2023-12-27, version 2.2.11* I have tried many times to access this app as it comes free with my schools tuition but unfortunately as someone that is in dire need to speak to a therapist and do not have insurance, this unfortunately does not work for me. I sign in, get verified through my school and it just brings me back to the login page. In this day and age where everything is just so chaotic, I would’ve liked to leave a review where it is positive rather than negative one. Please timely care, fix your system glitch because in reality, I am paying for services that I unfortunately cannot use. Appointments can also be cancelled 15min by the counselor after its scheduled start time without any reason, but YOU cannot cancel any appointments 24h before its start! ### 1/5 — Couldn’t connect to the video call *2023-02-09, version 2.2.0* I tried using TIMELYCARE today and I waited 15min and still couldn’t be connected to the call. It was buffering the entire time. I called the customer service and they only said it’s canceled now and I need to book a new session. The therapist didn’t even give me a call even though the phone number was on the profile.
