## What is Timemax Zambia?

Reclaim your time. Let Timemax do the shopping for you.
Tired of sitting in Lusaka traffic? Frustrated by long queues at the supermarket or hardware store? Timemax is Zambia’s ultimate on-demand personal shopping and delivery app.
Whether you need your weekly groceries from Shoprite, a specific gadget from East Park Mall, building materials from Kamwala, or urgent pharmacy items, our verified personal shoppers will go to any store, buy exactly what you need, and deliver it straight to your door.
Why choose Timemax?
• SHOP FROM ANY STORE
We aren't tied to one specific supermarket. If it is sold in Lusaka, our shoppers can get it for you. Be as specific as you want with your shopping list.
• CHAT WITH YOUR SHOPPER
Experience true personal shopping. Chat directly with your shopper in real-time. If an item is out of stock, they can send you photos of alternatives so you always get exactly what you need.
• NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
Live in Lusaka? Get your items delivered straight to your home or office. Live outside Lusaka? We will shop for you in the capital and securely hand your items over to a trusted courier to send to your province.
• 100% SECURE PAYMENTS
Pay easily using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money through our secure in-app Timemax Wallet. Your money is safe: funds are only released to the shopper AFTER you confirm that you have received your exact order.
• NO HIDDEN MARKUPS
You pay the exact store price for your items. Your shopper will upload the official store receipt for full transparency. You simply pay a clear, upfront service and delivery fee.
How it works:
Create Your List: Open the app and list the items you want and which store to buy them from.
Top Up Wallet: Add funds securely via Mobile Money to cover the estimated cost.
Shopper Assigned: We match you with a verified, background-checked local shopper.
Track & Chat: Track your shopper’s progress live and chat with them while they are at the store.
Receive & Confirm: Get your items delivered, confirm receipt in the app, and enjoy your saved time!
