Ein und ausstechen, die Grundfunktion überhaupt, funktioniert nur manchmal und braucht sehr lange zum synchronisieren. Es ist eine Frechheit sowas anzubieten.

Diese App… hängt sich ständig nur auf… nimmt die Zeiten nicht auf trotz guter Verbindung… Fehlerhafte Anzeige von Überstunden usw. … und falsche Zeitübermittlungen kommen noch dazu… einfach lächerlich für so viel Geld sowas schlechtes zu bekommen… Frechheit

Leider erfüllt das System die Hauptaufgabe (Time Tracking) überhaupt nicht. Bei jeder Kontrolle fallen falsche Zahlen der Überstunden auf. Der Service ist bemüht aber hilflos. Ständig neue Erklärungen und Ausflüchte. Auch der große Heilsbringer ‘Manueller Umzug von Cloud 1 auf Cloud 2’ leider neue Probleme und wieder falsche Berechnungen. Das sorgt natürlich für ein großes Chaos beim Auszahlen der Überstunden 👍 Ich bin gerne bereit die Bewertung anzupassen, dazu sollte aber die einzige Aufgabe der App fehlerfrei funktionieren.

Die App an sich ist einfach zu bedienen und ich würde vier Sterne geben. Aber: Das Stempeln funktioniert oft nicht. Man drückt auf Start/ Stopp und nichts passiert, obwohl die Internetverbindung gut ist. Neulich musste ich los und konnte mich nicht aufstempeln. Ich hätte deshalb beinahe einen wichtigen Termin verpasst. Das geht so nicht.

Para lo simple que es y los errores que tiene. La mayoría de las veces, aunque fiches, no lo reconoce. Tanto para iniciar como para cerrar jornada. Además, aunque lo consigas tras varios intentos, en el historial de la semana después hay datos que se pierden. Es raro tener una semana en la que no haya algún fallo de algún día. Así que, según la App, no trabajo ni una sola semana entera.
Por otro lado (esto le vendrá bien a los empresarios timadores) los fichas se pueden modificar. Si un día he hecho horas de más, no importa. Mi jefe cambia el fichaje, o me pone 4 horas de comida, y arreglado.
Y ya por último, encima el mantenimiento del servidor es de pago. Si la App va mal, pero es gratuita, pues aún tiene justificación. Pero no. Se cobra. Y bien cobrado
Nada recomendable. Pero si tú empresa la ha elegido, como es mi caso, lo siento por ti. Mal de muchos…

Seit einiger Zeit arbeiten wir mit dem System und gerade jetzt im Homeoffice ist es umso wichtiger, dass wir auch diese App benutzen können um uns „einzustempeln“. Schade nur, wenn sie mehr hängt als dass Sie tatsächlich einloggt. 

Auch eine Gesamtübersicht über die Woche und über sein Stundenkonto kann man leider nicht in der App sehen. Das geht nur im Browser... 
Auch Urlaub kann man nicht im Vorhinein einplanen. 

Schade einfach nicht zu Ende gedacht & entwickelt.

Die App ist rudimentär, was ich gut finde allerdings funktioniert sie mit den wenigen Funktionen nicht wie sie soll. Vor allem die eigentliche Hauptfunktion in Form des Zeittrackens ist katastrophal. Immer wieder lässt sich die Zeit nicht starten oder beenden. Das nervt völlig.
