## What is TimeOff Manager Pro?

TimeOff Manager Pro is the employee and manager app for timeoffmanager.us. Clock in from your phone, request time off, track mileage, see your schedule, and review pay stubs when your company uses payroll.

• Request time off and see balances
• Live mileage trips and receipts
• Schedule, holidays, and pay stubs (when enabled)

MANAGERS AND HR
• Approvals inbox for leave, punches, mileage, and day notes
• Team calendar and live staff map when the company enables it
• Message staff from your phone

Requires a TimeOff Manager company account. There are no in-app purchases. Billing is on the website.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.7 (build 30) — 2026-09-30

This is the TimeOff Manager Pro that finally feels like the office in your pocket.

SEE THE WHOLE SHIFT

• Clock in and out stay locked to the website — even if someone punched on a computer first
• Every punch shows your time and company time, so Remote Workers and Toronto finally agree
• Verification photos sit on a timeline. Tap a location and it opens on the map
• Name a place when you want a label. Skip it when you don’t
• Shift GPS is smarter and easier on the battery

LEAVE AND HELP, INSTANTLY

• Request time off from Leave anytime — no hunting
• Ask a question and get answers from the same help library as the website
• About shows your version and when an update is waiting

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS

• One tap: who is in, where they are, and the in/out photos
• Payroll hours, Ontario holiday math, GPS history, and the live staff map

No in-app purchases. Your company lives on timeoffmanager.us.

### 1.2.5 (build 28) — 2026-09-24

Upgrades, bug fixes, and improvements. TimeOff Manager Pro puts the workweek on the owner's phone. See who is in, who is off, and which requests are waiting. Your team clocks in, asks for time off, and logs mileage. You approve it before payroll, with GPS on the punch and the live map when you need to know where people are.

• Rename or delete saved places; edit vehicles
