## What is TimeOut?

TimeOut helps you build, run, track, and share workouts in one focused fitness app.

Create custom workouts, choose exercises, set work and rest times, add weights, and run clean interval timers for every session. Track workout history, view progress charts, save personal records, and challenge yourself with quantity, weight, and time-based attempts.

You can share workouts with friends using secure workout links or nearby Bluetooth sharing. Shared workouts open directly in TimeOut so friends can preview and import them before saving.
