## What is TimePeace?

TimePeace is one calm app for your whole life — diary, journal, notes, habits, mood, people, travel, exercise, meals, and more. Nothing here is read to sell you anything. No ads. No third-party tracking.

---

YOUR WHOLE LIFE, ONE QUIET PLACE

Most people keep five apps to manage their life. TimePeace brings it together — without the noise, the guilt, or the pressure.

A private diary for your days. A gentle habit tracker that doesn't shame a missed day. A mood log that shows you patterns, quietly. A people list with catch-up notes. A travel log. A reading and watching record. A full notes section for everything else — checklists, lists, tables, all searchable. And more.

The page doesn't reset. The app doesn't nag. It waits.

---

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your diary is written and kept on your own device, and it works with no network at all. Signing in is optional — it adds backup and sync across your devices, and nothing is uploaded until you choose to.

You can lock the app itself with Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode, so what is on the page stays between you and your phone.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or any third-party ad tracker. The only analytics are opt-in, first-party, and aggregated — a count of sessions, nothing more.

Delete your account and your data is gone. Completely, in minutes.

---

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP IN THE BOOK

• Diary — a rich, private record of your days
• Mood — log how you're feeling, discover patterns over time
• Habits — build gentle rhythms without shame or broken streaks
• Exercise — sessions, sports, fitness logs
• Meals — plan, log, and remember what you cook
• People — notes, catch-ups, and connections for the people in your life
• Groups — share a trip, a club, a house or a project with the people in it
• Travel — trips, places, packing lists, a visual places map
• Reading, watching, listening — your whole media life
• Work — leave balances, hours, employer notes
• Projects & studies — everything you're working on or learning

---

HOW IT WORKS

TimePeace is offline-first. Your diary opens, reads, and writes with no network. Cloud sync and backup are available when you choose to sign in.

The home screen adapts to your day — morning, afternoon, evening — and surfaces what's relevant now, not an endless feed. It learns your rhythms; it never manufactures urgency.

---

NO ADS. NO TRACKING. NOTHING SOLD.

TimePeace does not serve ads, broker data, or use cross-site trackers. No third-party advertising network or tracking pixel is ever loaded.

---

A CALMER ALTERNATIVE

If Day One feels like too much journaling pressure, Daylio too narrow, or Notion too noisy for personal life — TimePeace is the calm, whole-life middle ground.

---

Keep your whole life in the book.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-01

Search everything — find anything you have written, from diary entries to people, notes and plans, in one box. None of it leaves your device.

Protect an hour — start a focus session from a plan or from Home, and the countdown sits on your lock screen until the time is yours again.

Plans in your calendar — send your plans to Apple Calendar and get a reminder when one is due, even while TimePeace is closed.

Apple Health syncing is more honest too: sleep figures are checked before they are stored, and a sync that brought nothing back no longer reports itself as up to date.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-27

Groups — TimePeace, shared with the people you choose.

Until now everything here was yours alone. Now you can make a group for a trip, a club, a band, a house or a work project, and share to-dos, lists, an event plan, daily checklists and a roster with the people in it. Invite them with a link or a code; they join that one group and nothing else. Your diary stays yours alone — a group only ever holds what you and your members deliberately put in it. Leave any time, report anything that shouldn't be there, and block someone so they leave the groups you share.

Connect Apple Health. TimePeace can bring your sleep, workouts, steps and heart into your diary automatically, instead of you typing them in. It lives in Settings, under Connections. You choose exactly what to share, it is only ever read, it is shown only to you, and it is never used for ads.

Notes. A proper notes section, built in — headings, checklists, lists and tables, all searchable, and pinnable. Link a note to a trip, a project, a person or a day.

Reminders that actually arrive. Put a reminder on anything you have planned and snooze it from the notification. Due dates, birthdays and packing for a trip can each remind you too, and each one is its own switch you turn on yourself. They reach you even when the app is closed.

Protect an hour. Start a focus session from something you planned, pause it, end it — and it lands in your diary with the real time it took. While it runs, the time left shows on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Time you can see. Today can show a quiet line at the current minute, the gap until your next timed plan, a ring that empties on whatever is running, and a day drawn to the length things really take.

Plans reach your calendar. Any planned item or routine can go into the calendar on your phone, repeats and all.

The trip you're on. Travel now shows the trip you are actually on — today's leg, the booking, what's already fixed — and it keeps working with no signal.

Speak instead of typing. Speak an entry, a note or a plan and your iPhone turns it into text on the device itself. No audio is kept or sent anywhere.

Six languages. TimePeace now speaks English, Afrikaans, German, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese, and picks yours the first time you open it.

Also new: type dates in plain words and the pickers fill themselves in; a day holding more than it has room for says so gently and offers to move one thing; text scales with your phone's reading size, with a calm-motion switch; strength sessions gain a rest timer, a plate calculator and supersets; the app learns how long things really take and offers your usual minutes; and if you name your own places, TimePeace can offer to log an arrival even when it's closed — off unless you turn it on, and it explains itself first.

Because some of this is new, you'll be asked once to look over what TimePeace may and may not do with your information. Everything new stays off until you switch it on.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-19

• Reminders now arrive reliably.
• Mood moments — a day can hold more than one mood, so an afternoon that turned around is recorded the way it happened.
• Your year as a book — export your diary as a print-ready book, with a cover, month openers and a page for each day.
• "Scan a QR code" is now its own row in the menu, so it's easy to find.
• You won't be asked to sign in again after an update.
• The welcome walkthrough no longer replays if you've already been through it.
• Your health summary for a doctor or coach now sits at the end of Insights, as well as in Settings.
• Starting fresh — reset what TimePeace has learned, clear not-my-thing cards, redo onboarding — is all in one place under Settings → Privacy & data.
• Sharing TimePeace with someone is always available.
• Smaller fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-19

Two gentle new options, both off until you turn them on:

• Reminders — a calm daily nudge to note a line about your day, now delivered as a normal phone notification.
• Places — an optional one-tap check-in when you arrive at a place you've named, like home, work or the gym.

Plus small fixes and polish.
