Stay in rhythm without watching the clock.

timeR is a clean interval timer for workouts, study, focus sessions, stretching, cooking, meditation, and everyday routines. Choose your work time, add rest between rounds, set the number of repeats, and press Start.

Start with Tabata, HIIT, Focus, or Stretch presets, or build your own timer with exact hours, minutes, and seconds.

CLEAR IN THE MOMENT

A bold progress ring shows the current phase, time remaining, and round at a glance. Pause, resume, skip to the next phase, or stop whenever you need.

Choose the sound you prefer and preview it before starting. Optional background alerts keep phase changes visible when the screen is locked or you leave the app.
