It rocks! I basically present for a living, to clients including DreamWorks, Boeing, HP, Nike, and Intel. I depend on this app to let me know whether I am ahead of schedule or behind schedule in workshops that can be as long as a full day. I can't imagine presenting without it. I use it mainly for woking out and for my work projects. I would like to see a few improvments but its free and I am happy with it. ### 5/5 — Best app for professional presenters *2016-02-21, version 6.4* I make a living as a professional presenter and trainer where I typically give talks or run full day workshops. A talk is for 20-60 minutes for an audience. At conferences, the pressure is on to finish on time, and sometimes, times are changed at the last minute. I always use this app as it helps me stay on track and helps me avoid spending too much time on a topic early on only to run out of time in the end. The app is great, the best I have found for what I do. I am able to copy and export old presentations, and when running them with a fixed starting time, I can change schedules in real-time and just "update" the app to show the new timings. It would be great to import timings from a spread sheet or a text file. It would also be great to have the app sync with Dropbox or iCloud or even GDrive. I would also like to see the ability to group past presentations in order to quicker find old presentations. It would also be great if I could color code sections in order to distinguish different types of sections. Yes, the app can be a little daunting because it has so many options, but for me, it is just perfect. ### 5/5 — Good app *2014-11-11* This app is very useful for time management, especially when presenting or giving a speech. The feature set seems relatively reduced at first, the interface is simple and plain, but the offered functionality is exactly what I need and even a bit more. With no other solution was I able to control the pacing of my talks as easily as with this tool. It just works like a charm. Highly recommended. I searched a long time for a timer that would help me end on time regardless of when I started. I present at conferences where I have to make up time for other speakers. I've also used it with panels and the other panelists have always been impressed. I only have two minor complaints. 1) there are many options, so you have to read the manual to understand how to use it for your needs. 2) the actual time is displayed fairly small. It is fine on an iPad, but hard to read on a tiny iPhone screen. I strongly recommend this app for anyone who presents regularly. ### 5/5 — Great app for teaching! *2014-09-09* I heard about this app from a friend and use it while teaching every day. It keeps the pace of your lessons moving and really helps you stay on schedule and cover everything you need to. It takes some getting used to at first because it doesn't lie about how slow you're moving. But the pause button is great if you need to spend more time on something. I wish it had an account that would sync between your devices. Ich bin zufrieden, finde es ein gutes Werkzeug. Im Moment wird be übersprungener Zeit der Rest dem nächsten Abschnitt zugeordnet. Als Option wünsche ich mir eine gleichmässige Verteilung auf den Rest- so wie andersherum die Option bestehen könnte beim Überziehen von allen Abschnitten gleichmässig etwas abzuziehen..... I currently do not know any, but would try my best to fix it, if you could provide more details ### 1/5 — Fail *2012-11-06, version 6.1* This app does nothing close to what it says the alarms never make noise and when they do it's 30 seconds to late or to early ### 1/5 — Incorrect minimum software requirements *2011-02-05, version 4.2* On the left of the iTunes store display, your app states "requires iOS 4,1 or later". So I bought the app, but itunes tells me it won't transfer because my phone doesn't have the right software. It is only when you poop open the information that you show a minimum software requirement of iOS 4.2 Is there a way to get an older version of your software without having to pay for it again ? ### 2/5 — Not happy *2013-12-09, version 6.3* This is way too complicated to use and is obviously meant for performing music. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Going in the wrong direction *2012-04-05* I've been using this app daily for about 18 months but unfortunately the developer keeps adding complication while avoiding fixing bugs and adding essential features. Now when a timer ends you have to push two buttons, it asks you if you want to log it and then if you want to restart it. This restart question is mind boggling to me, I'm not sure who continuously runs these timers but anyway these could both be global settings. Different color schemes are a pretty essential missing feature. The bright red and green have relatively low contrast for quickly checking the progress of the timer and there should be a dark "night mode." Imagine how much light this would throw up at it you during a dark slideshow presentation. The most obnoxious bug is that whenever daylight savings time shifts you have to delete and rewrite every scheduled timer because they get permanently off. I've been through 3 DST changes now, it's very annoying. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. I finally read the instructions and love the thoughtful way the timer allows flexibility within a bounded non negotiable time period.
