I use it to meditate mostly. The alarm is perfect. Easy to set up a session with multiple alarms via sub-tasks. They can qwickly be re-ordered with edit.
I have 5 alarms for different events. 3 of these have sub-tasks. 30Zazen has 3 subs: setup 2min; zazen 23; relax 5min.  
 Can program hrs, min, sec.
The best part is that once programmed you can reorder the sub-tasks by moving the panels, easy.

I’ve been dying to find an app just like this, extremely simple and easy to use, takes seconds to set up a new timer and get on with my life, a lot of other apps are incredibly annoying or bombard you with ads but this one is awesome

You can see the timers you configured on the phone, but you can’t start/stop them. In fact, even if you start a timer on the phone, that timer on the watch doesn’t show anything. What a lame implementation.
