If you want your workouts interrupted then this is the app! Timer won’t work on locked screen and volume won’t work if phone is on silent. A timer should work as the built in alarm clock does. Yes, you can set your screen saver to longer times but don’t forget to turn it back or you’ll have a dead phone. Changing settings to get an app to work is not efficient and seems like basic functionality. Not impressed

Good app. I had to change my lock screen settings to avoid disruptions. Default is 2mins I changed it to 15 mins and everything worked well
