This app great in that it lets you know that you’re half way through a round. 

Tabata only allows you to use it 3 times weekly before you need to subscribe to pro, so Tabata was deleted.

I have everything stored in here from my warm-ups to at-home workouts and surprisingly can be tuned to your liking from cooldowns and intensity.

I’ve used several of these interval timer apps and honestly this one is it. On top of actually being able to save your workouts, you can customize each exercise and use an image from your gallery, url, or one of the presets. In the Freestyle timer, you can even customize each intervals work time and rest times!  

I highly recommend this app if you’re going to do any kind of hiit/interval/circuit style of training.
