## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Is not working anymore

*2023-10-21, version 1.8*

This app doesn’t work anymore

### 4/5 — Good timer

*2023-06-06, version 1.7*

Wish it had a 3 Sec beep before start of each EMOM round and not just the first round.

### 4/5 — Great looking app

*2021-11-08, version 1.0*

A few small improvements would be super.

-It would be nice if the alarm could be configured to sound off between interval changes.

-Also if it could be louder, with some different sound options.

-And finally when starting the interval timer, on my iPhone 13, the “Work” and “Get already” Tories overlap.

### 5/5 — Awesome for workout circuits

*2026-01-05, version 1.12.1*

It was proving to be a struggle to find a timer/circuit training app that allowed me to customise the intervals and titles for each interval step. Popular circuit training apps only allowed me to use the exercises they have in their library. And if it was a tabata or interval training timer, it would only have Work and Rest sessions. This app is perfect as it allows you to set the timers and names for each steps. That way you can create custom circuit workouts with custom exercises and breaks. So for me, I put shorter breaks at the beginning of my workout and longer breaks near the end as I’m starting to wear out. Probably the only improvement I would like is to be able to set the default time for each interval session. The current default is 1 minute. So it’s a bit time consuming setting it to 0 and then changing the seconds to 20-50 each time. A duplicating feature to duplicate breaks would be nice too. Other than that, I love it!

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2023-10-23*

By far the best free interval timer out there. I’ve tried a bunch of “free” ones that ended up requiring a fairly expensive monthly subscription to do pretty basic stuff. I was really disappointed when iOS 17 came out and this app stopped functioning — but I am THRILLED it’s been updated and back to being awesome.

Definitely recommend!

### 5/5 — All I wanted was a simple to use timer.

*2022-03-03, version 1.6*

With this timer I can set a "set-up" time to get myself into stretch position as well as the 30 seconds for the stretch itself. Terrific and simple to use ! I hit the start and it gives me 15 seconds to get into position with a 3 beep countdown just before the stretch 30 seconds starts.
