### 3/5 — I purchased it but cannot use in iPhone

*2026-06-19, version 1.8*

I purchased in Mac so I can use it in Mac but I sign in with my iPhone It requires payment again.

### 4/5 — Nice; needs a few tweaks for perfect

*2026-03-17, version 1.7.3*

First: it just works for its intended purpose, and is easy to use, and I don’t have any hesitation recommending it.

It took a while for me to catch on that the time entries supported left and right swiping to expose functionality; the developer might consider adding a tutorial or visual prompt for that one on the first few uses. There are a few other changes that would make it way better:

Add basic command-Z Undo support and get rid of the confirmation prompts about deleting entries that I want to delete.

Allow the description field in the top box with the running timer to either expand to multi-lines or side-scroll, rather than shrinking the font to unreadable to fit everything in.

Allow moving and resizing of the panel in which I update a time-entry record (either running or not) so I can see what’s behind it.

Always show the zero in the minute field until it’s overwritten.

Make the list of saved timers appear in a single column (as in the order-editing view), or make the order-editing view two columns to match what I see most of the time.

### 5/5 — Fantastic across the board

*2025-12-13, version 1.7.3*

I’ll be honest, I mainly use this as a companion to the official Toggl app rather than a replacement. I find the data entry UX flow much faster and intuitive in the official app for starting, stopping, and editing time entries on the fly.

But for data review? This is worth every dollar. The summaries, the reports, the filters, the search - unparalleled and honestly at times even more intuitive than the full desktop reports suite.

You might even find the various QOL data entry features beat the main app (saved timers, shortcuts integration, etc), I just don’t use those features in my workflow.

Clearly designed with care and intention, happy to support the dev.

### 5/5 — The best one

*2025-12-09, version 1.7.3*

Timery is my favorite app for tracking time and managing projects. I really enjoy its simplicity—you can easily organize different projects and mark tasks as billable whenever needed. It also lets you export your tracked time for the month, which is extremely useful.

That said, there are a few minor issues or missing features. For example, the export function only allows you to export the past 30 days; beyond that window, the granular data is lost. Since the latest Apple system update, synchronization has also become inconsistent. If you’re tracking a task on your phone or Apple Watch and try to edit or stop it from your Mac, it doesn’t always sync properly—something that worked flawlessly in previous OS versions. The same happens when tracking a task on the Mac; updates don’t reliably sync across devices.

Another small issue is that the tracking widget appears duplicated if you have Timery installed on both your phone and your Mac, likely because the latest Apple update automatically mirrors widgets across the ecosystem.

These aren’t major problems, but synchronization is something I really valued in earlier versions, and I hope it gets resolved soon because it’s one of the app’s strongest features. In the meantime, I still genuinely appreciate Timery and use it daily as my main time-tracking system.

### 2/5 — Login was a nightmare

*2025-11-26, version 1.7.2*

Took me way too long to log in because I signed up for another Toggl app and needed to use API. I thought the web browser version was the app because that what it sent me to when I click “Sign Up”. Just have an Apple log in instead of API. Wasted my time on a time management app lol. Might be a decent app but terrible first impression.

### 5/5 — Awesome design and functionality

*2025-11-26, version 1.7.2*

The app is simple and complete. Can’t ask for more than that. I’ve tried many time tracking apps and this one is my favorite by far. Kudos to the developer.

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2025-11-07, version 1.7.2*

Have been using it for the longest time! Love it.

### 5/5 — Best tool for time tracking ever!!!!

*2025-09-21, version 1.7.1*

This is such a great interface to work with Toggle. Makes it so much easier to track where all those hours a going to. Love it.

### 3/5 — Not happy with the new update

*2025-09-05, version 1.7.1*

The recent update has affected my quality of using Timery. I can’t see the Timery widget properly on my iOS Home Screen and the timer also doesn’t show up on the Dynamic Island

### 5/5 — This apps helps me to save Dollars!! While I work as a contractor, and my nerves!

*2025-09-04, version 1.7.1*

lately and before toggl was so sluggish and awful, then I saw Chris Lawley and his review of this tool! —maaan, this tool is so well designed! I just love it!

The reports to save and memrize are so helpful! 🟠 I wish you’d add the search by word though!

### 3/5 — いつも使ってます

*2025-09-04*

日本語対応してくれたら完璧です！

### 5/5 — 5 stars 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 this is awesome works with Toggl Track app.

*2025-08-30, version 1.7*

This is my go to app to make a timer for my TImery app jobs. I also find it much easier to input jobs into this app. I also have an subscription in addition to this to Toggl Track, which is great, especially if you want to add billable hours and everything but this is my go to app to start the timer because it’s just the easiest and most user-friendly and I love the interface is beautiful so I go back-and-forth between those but if I need to do a report or something more advanced, I go to Toggl Track which I have a separate subscription for and by the way this company is a third-party company to the other Toggl Track but it works seamlessly together and I highly recommend this Timery subscription because it’s awesome but if you’re using this for your business and you want to do reports and billable hours and then definitely subscribe to the Toggl Track in addition to this.
So basically, this app syncs everything with Toggl Track. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars for Timery

### 5/5 — Better and simplify UI

*2025-08-04, version 1.7*

Simple UI and comes with easier time tracking.

### 5/5 — Good time tracking app for casual user

*2025-07-28, version 1.7*

I’m doing a fairly small amount of consulting work on a couple of projects for a single client, so I don’t need anything fancy by way of a tracking app. The Timery interface to Toggl was easy to set up and to use, and the low monthly fee is a big plus. The only negative is needing to rely on Toggl for the back end (just because their terms for accounts are subject to change); the Timery app itself is great.

### 5/5 — Such a good app to help me use Toggl

*2025-07-09, version 1.7*

I love using this app. Toggl is a great service, but their input can be clunky. Timery helps me track my time better and these are the apps that make using Apple a great experience

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 更新后闪退！

*2026-07-05, version 1.8*

不要更新！在ios18上闪退！

### 1/5 — Dont ask me for how I like it, its super annoying

*2025-11-23, version 1.7.2*

Dont ask me for how I like it, its super annoying

### 1/5 — API problems

*2025-10-28, version 1.7.2*

The APIs are counted even though no timer is chosen’. The app counts opening the app’ as 1 API. This leads to reaching the capped 30/30 requests in Workspace Data too soon.

### 1/5 — Can’t sign up

*2025-10-13*

I can’t sign up for the App, just become the message that a reCAPTCHA is needed

### 1/5 — POP UP

*2025-05-08, version 1.6.4*

YOU PUT A POP UP FOR A REVIEW. THIS IS YOUR REVIEW: NEVER GIVE ME A POP UP. ONE STAR.

### 1/5 — bad

*2025-05-06, version 1.6.4*

Force you when you first time use it to register with your email (why? For spam?), but don’t even support Google SSO (Oauth).

### 1/5 — Abandonware?

*2025-02-24, version 1.6.5*

Unfortunately this app seems to be abandonware now. I can’t get it to recognize my subscription on my Mac. I have opened a case with the author and heard NOTHING back. I paid for the subscription because I need the paid features. I have paid for them and I am not getting them. It’s very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Not able to create account

*2024-12-21*

Not able to create account in the app

### 1/5 — The application will not work if the network is off

*2024-12-06, version 1.6.4*

a time tracking app when out of network the app stops working. a bad joke

### 1/5 — YOU SPAMMED ME

*2024-11-20, version 1.6.5*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Hidden Gem!! Great tool to use on keeping time

*2026-08-24, version 1.8*

It took a little bit to setup to how I wanted it, but this is a great tool. I start/stop time on my phone or watch. I emailed support and they responded in less than 24 hours. I use it to keep up with clients/projects/with tags. It is worth the yearly subscription! Point blank.. It is a great tool to account for every second I work remotely for the powers to be to examine!

### 5/5 — Simple and Feature Rich

*2026-06-16, version 1.8*

Timery is simple, using clean and readable design that is easy to use and understand, while still having all the features I want out of time tracking. I only wish the date picker was a little more elegant.

### 5/5 — Great App Use it all the time

*2026-06-11, version 1.8*

It is a great app. The latest version broke the midnight splitting, which I loved.

### 5/5 — OpenToggl support?

*2026-04-20*

Hoping for OpenToggl support

### 5/5 — Makes toggl usable

*2026-02-12, version 1.7.3*

Toggl is a great time tracking database and report system. Sadly they wrote poor apps for the iPhone. Timery makes toggl useable. Now that toggl is messing the API Timery is stepping up to manage that and I thank Timery.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-01-28, version 1.7.3*

I’ve been using this app for about a year now, on my Apple devices. Functionality is great, and it syncs perfectly across all devices. Super happy with it. The only request I would have is for the existence of a pause button, for short interruptions. But overall, it’s excellent.

### 5/5 — A must have

*2026-01-17, version 1.7.3*

I didn’t realize how much I needed to track my time until I started tracking my time. This app has been absolutely eye-opening in one of the better things that I’ve committed to in the last few years.

### 5/5 — Application très bien faite, bravo

*2026-01-10*

Très intelligent d’avoir construit au-dessus de Toggl, afin d’ apporter une très bonne expérience utilisateur incluant sur Apple Watch.

### 5/5 — Need full screen timer clock

*2026-01-08, version 1.7.3*

The app is nice for tracking time. I’m a paid user. Pretty good features. But amazing that it is this much developed yet no full screen timer view- to the devs, check BlueBird timer app, you’ll get a pretty good inspiration of full screen timers that IS functional and sophisticated. Also, weekly automated reports should be a barebone basic- giving users helpful insights from its own analysis

### 5/5 — Intuitive, pleasant

*2025-12-16, version 1.7.3*

Intuitive interface, pleasant experience, great shortcut integration.
