I have been using the Times black card for over 4 months. At first I was attracted by the unlimited lounge claim. I claimed two add on cards but the lounge services didn't work in one card. Their service is worst. They did not respond me for over 2 months now. You will end up with a card for which you pay a premium and you won't get the services you are promised.

There is an issue in using app , whenever i try to activate and manage my card , app doesn’t allows me to activate it 
Rather that is shows there a technical issue and it refreshes 
How do i solve it ????????

Card itself is not that useful as it was before , due zero rewards points on amazon pay vouchers on ishop portal

Overall a great app. Few suggestions. 
1. There should be tracker for total spends to track milestones. 
2. Expired offers should be removed or greyed out
