I have to stop reading the newspaper for that day or wait for 6 hours till the news is stale before launching the application. I am not going to renew my subscription after this. 😡 ### 1/5 — Paid but can’t access ePaper *2025-06-25* Paid full subscription but unable to read the paper — keeps asking to subscribe again. When I open it (iPhone), the app again suggests for subscriptions. And when go ahead with it, just to check , it suggests further. It says , you are already a subscriber with an option to go back. And when I go back, it again suggests for subscriptions. Running in loop. I wrote to TOI team, got the acknowledgement but nothing beyond that. Same thing is happening time and again. If I touch anywhere in the article, it opens up in digital view. There's no option to disable this. I can't view it full screen without clutter from other options. This app is completely useless for reading in print format. Apps like Goodnotes or Notability are better choices if PDFs are available. Moreover, if you've bought a subscription, TOI doesn't allow you to open articles in other readers, which is frustrating. This app need a lot of improvement. epaper print view looks a way forward to the next generation but if this is kind experience we will get then it is better to stick with digital articles. I paid for this service expecting full and uninterrupted access, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. For the first 3–4 days, the application worked properly, but for the past 3 days, I am receiving only half articles, with the remaining content hidden or inaccessible. Additionally, all tabs in the application have become completely inactive and unresponsive, making navigation impossible. I raised this issue via email but received only a vague response asking me to “wait,” with no actual solution provided. I even contacted your team on WhatsApp and followed the suggestion to use a VPN, but the problem still persists. This clearly reflects poor service quality and lack of effective customer support. As a paying subscriber, I feel completely cheated and let down by your service. The e-paper is currently unusable, which defeats the entire purpose of subscribing. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue along with appropriate compensation or extension for the period of service failure. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to discontinue the subscription and escalate the matter further. ### 1/5 — Pathetic.i have emailed the issue and no one replying…omg ..I want my refund .
