Very bad customer care service. I have an active subscription since last 2 years. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue else I will not renew again. ### 1/5 — Too many adverts even after paying *2026-07-13* I try to watch times now but every time ads play in loop. Several occasions I just switched off. Times now and et now not available as live channels. You will get access to Live TV Channels of Times Now, Times Now Navbharat, ET Now, ET Now Swadesh, Mirror Now. Further in Entertainment category we have included Live TV Channels of ZOOM TV as well as English Entertainment Channels like Romedy Now, Movies Now, MNX and MN+. If you paid for the subscription earlier, please share details at appfeedback@timesplay.com. We'll extend your membership for an year so you can continue to enjoy TimesPlay OTT.
