## What is TimeSee?

TIME BLINDNESS ENDS HERE
If you have ADHD, you already know: time doesn't feel real. Minutes vanish, deadlines sneak up, and "just 5 more minutes" becomes an hour. TimeSee makes time something you can actually see.

YOUR TIME, MADE VISIBLE
Four ways to see time: a ring that shrinks, a filling circle, a slim bar, or an analog clock face where elapsed time stays visible in a lighter shade. No clutter - just a countdown that keeps you in the present moment.

A LIBRARY OF YOUR OWN
Build a session once and keep it. Its length, its marks, its finish message, its colours, its sounds - saved together under a name you will recognise. A 55-minute coaching call and a 5-minute reset sit side by side, each remembering everything about itself. Tap one to load it; edit it without leaving the list.

PROGRESS MARKS
Mark the parts of your session - say, 8 and 16 minutes of a 30-minute call. Up to 8 marks on the bar, ring and clock timers. Passed marks quietly fade, marks outside the current timer hide themselves, and you choose the size. No sounds, no pop-ups. Guidance, not judgement.

A MESSAGE FOR YOUR FUTURE SELF
Write a note before you start - "book the next appointment", "drink some water" - and it will be waiting when the timer ends. Choose its font, size, colour and letter spacing, so it lands the way you need it to.

FEEL TIME PASSING
A gentle tap as the timer passes each of your marks - five strengths, from a light touch to a long steady pulse you can feel with the phone on a stand. A quiet tap on the shoulder, without breaking your focus.

AN ENDING, NOT AN ALARM
Instead of one alarm you have to kill, the finish sound comes back gently until you are ready. Snooze it for five minutes, or silence it - either can be undone with the same tap. Time being up should not feel like being told off.

OVERTIME MODE
When time's up, TimeSee keeps counting. See exactly how long your task actually took - shown as +2:30 or -2:30, in any colour you like. Red is an option, never a rule.

KEEP YOUR SCREEN ON
A built-in toggle keeps your display awake while the timer runs - no more missing your countdown because the screen went dark.

15 COMPLETION SOUNDS
From a calming Japanese wind chime (Furin) to a Zen singing bowl, a retro game beep, and more - pick the sound that fits your mood and environment. Or turn sound off entirely for silent meetings - the ending still arrives as a gentle vibration.

APPLE WATCH COMPANION
Your timer syncs to your wrist, following the colours, style and marks you chose on your iPhone. Start a session from the watch exactly as you set it up there.

HELP WHERE YOU NEED IT
Question marks sit beside the settings whose names do not explain themselves, and a small live preview shows your timer as you change it. Tap the preview to flip it over and see the finish screen.

CALM BY DEFAULT
One switch at the top - "Show all settings" - reveals every option when you are ready. Nothing is removed; it waits until you ask.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
15 colour themes plus any custom colour, 11 colours for the digits, 5 fonts (including ADHD-friendly Atkinson Hyperlegible and Lexend), adjustable letter spacing, ring thickness, mark sizes, and timer text size. Every detail adapts to how your brain works best.

CELEBRATE YOUR WINS
Confetti rewards every completed timer, because every small win matters. And if movement is not for you, your device's Reduce Motion setting quietly turns it off.

BUILT WITH ITS USERS
The Clock style, Progress Marks, the Library, the finish message and the gentler ending all began as user reviews and emails - many from an ADHD coach who tests every build. Tell us what you need next: support@defrust.com

PRIVACY FIRST
Zero data collection. Zero tracking. Everything stays on your device. We believe your focus is your business - and nobody else's.

100% FREE
Every feature. Every sound. Every theme. Completely free, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no hidden fees. TimeSee is built to help - not to monetize your attention.

### 3/5 — Almost what I needed

*2026-07-22*

For time blindness as an ADHDer, it's sad that there is no analog option! Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place in the settings, but I cannot see how much time has elapsed if there's no sort of analog visual. It would be perfect if you can model the app that hasn't been updated for nine years called 360 thinking time tracker, that's exactly what I would love to see created because no one has made it yet besides that one creator, but unfortunately they didn't keep up with it. It would be extremely valuable and helpful for ADHDers and neurodivergents all across! I don't understand why no one has created an analog for these ADHD apps! Or at least it's very hard to find one.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this — you're not looking in the wrong place, it genuinely isn't there yet, and you're right that it should be.

Seeing elapsed time, not just time remaining, is the piece I was missing. I'm building an analog clock-face style now: your set time drawn on a dial, with the time you've already used staying visible instead of just vanishing. I looked at 360 Thinking after reading your review and I understand exactly what you meant.

It'll come in a free update. I'll reply here again when it ships. Thank you for taking the time to explain it so clearly — this is the most useful feedback I've received.

It shipped! Version 2.1.0 adds a new "Clock" style - exactly what you described. Your set time is drawn on an analog 60-minute dial, and as time passes, the elapsed portion stays visible in a lighter shade while the remaining time stays bold. You can finally see how much time has passed, not just what's left.

Find it in Settings > Timer style > Clock.

Thank you for describing so clearly what was missing - this feature exists because of your review.

Update - version 2.5.0, 20 August 2026:

It shipped again. The Clock style now carries progress marks, so the analog face shows the shape of your session as well as the time you have used. Divide a 30-minute block at 8 and 16 minutes, give each part its own shade, and the part you are in is visible at a glance. Marks had been on the bar and ring since 2.2 - the clock was missing exactly that half.

Since your review I have read everything I could find about the 360 Thinking Time Tracker. The piece I have not built yet is the one I suspect you were really asking for: a dial that is a real clock, where the hands show the actual time of day and your task is drawn onto it, so the finish becomes "when the big hand reaches the 6" rather than a number counting down. It is next on my list, and I would rather get it right than get it out quickly. If you would like to help shape it, support@defrust.com reaches me directly.

Two features of this app now exist because of one honest three-star review. Thank you for writing it.

----------------------------
2.6 (August 2026): Settings now open with just the essentials - one switch at the top reveals everything when you want it. The finish alert now vibrates even with its sound switched off, and your finish message appears above the overtime counter.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.6.0 — 2026-08-26

What's New in 2.6
Settings now open calm: one "Show all settings" switch at the top reveals everything when you want it
The completion alert now vibrates even when its sound is off - for phones that live on silent
Hiding the numbers no longer leaves an empty gap above the timer (mini preview and Library too)
Library colour palettes now match Settings exactly - all 15 accent colours everywhere
Your finish message now appears above the overtime counter
Custom colours for the finish message
Thank you Karen and Bettina - most of this update is your feedback.

### 2.5.0 — 2026-08-20

New in 2.5
• Progress marks on the clock face. The Clock style now shows your marks and section colours, just like the bar and ring already did. If you read your session on a real clock face, this was the missing half.
• 16 app icons. Choose the icon on your Home Screen: the original plus all fifteen accent colours. Settings › Appearance › App Icon.
• Four setups to start from. New installs now arrive with Focus 25, Deep work 90, Meeting 30 and Morning reset 5 in the Library - one tap and you're running.
• A calmer Library. When a saved setup is active you can see it at a glance and stop it with one tap. Turning the dial no longer rewrites a saved setup behind your back.
Thank you to everyone who wrote in with ideas - this release is made of them.

### 2.4.0 — 2026-08-18

A LIBRARY FOR YOUR SESSIONS

Build a setup once - its length, your marks, your finish message, the colours, the sounds - give it a name, and it is there whenever you need it. A coaching session and a five-minute reset can now live side by side, each remembering everything about itself. Tap one to load it, and edit it in place without leaving the list.

A FINISH MESSAGE FOR YOUR FUTURE SELF

Write a note before you start - "book the next appointment", "drink some water" - and it waits for you at the end. Choose its font, size, colour and letter spacing so it lands the way you need it to.

A STRONGER BUZZ, AND A GENTLER ENDING

Progress marks can now buzz five ways, from a light tap to a long steady pulse you can feel with the phone on a stand. And instead of one alarm you have to kill, the finish sound can come back gently until you are ready - snooze it, or silence it, with one tap.

SETTINGS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES

Question marks next to the settings whose names do not explain themselves, and a live preview in the corner that shows your timer as you change it. Tap the preview to flip it over and see how the finish screen will look.

Also: the Apple Watch app now follows your iPhone's colours, style and marks, and can start a session exactly as you set it up there. Plus a notification test, so you can check the sound will reach you before you rely on it.

Thank you to the ADHD coach who tests every build and tells me what is missing. Most of what is above started as one of her emails.

### 2.2.0 — 2026-08-05

Progress Marks - mark the parts of your session
- Add your own marks to the bar and ring timers (for example, 8 and 16 minutes of a 30-minute session)
- Passed marks quietly fade. Guidance, not judgement
- Marks outside the current timer stay hidden automatically
- Choose a mark size: Subtle, Standard, or Bold

Overtime, your way
- Show overtime as +2:30 or -2:30 (like Zoom)
- Give the overtime text any color you like

This update exists because of your reviews and emails. Keep them coming: support@defrust.com

### 2.1.0 — 2026-07-24

NEW: Clock style - an analog clock-face timer

You asked to see how much time has passed, not just what's left. Here it is.

- Your set time is drawn on a familiar clock face
- As time passes, the elapsed portion stays visible in a lighter shade
- Remaining time stays bold, so you always know where you stand
- Longer sessions scale to a 2- or 3-hour dial automatically

To turn it on: open the Settings tab, tap Timer style, and choose Clock.

Also in this update:
- Clearer dial markings in both light and dark mode
- Timer visuals now follow your iOS contrast and bold-text settings

This feature exists because someone described exactly what was missing.
Thank you - keep the feedback coming.
