The app has been a game-changer for my presentations. It's visually clean, easy to use, and very reliable. However, a key functionality is missing: financing the closing cost. Right now, it only affects the down payment, but in many real-life sales tracks, we finance that amount too. Adding this would take the app to the next level. Keep it up!
