### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-08-23, version 2.6.1*

Timeshifter is a very helpful app in terms of helping a traveler understand the triggers and how best to deal with jet lag. My wife and I have used it on two different international trips and have had excellent results. Well worth a try for you.

### 5/5 — No jet lag, really!

*2026-08-22, version 2.6.1*

I visit family in Amsterdam usually 3 times a year. On my most recent trip, I used Timeshifter, and was able to follow the directions slavishly. For the first time, I swung right into action when I got there, and felt equally ready-to-go again when I returned. I am surprised and impressed and have recommended it to four people so far.

### 5/5 — It works

*2026-08-21, version 2.6.1*

Insignificant Jet lag - we were able to start our holiday in New Zealand immediately

### 5/5 — ZERO Jet Lag — I’m shocked!

*2026-08-21, version 2.6.1*

I genuinely cannot believe how well this worked. I followed my Timeshifter plan (obsessively) on my trip to Europe and on the way back to NYC, and I had ZERO jet lag. I stayed awake until my recommended bedtime, slept through the night, woke up at a normal time, and felt completely functional the next day. No 3 a.m. wake-ups, no crashing in the middle of the afternoon, nothing. I’ve never adjusted to a major time change this easily. I will absolutely use Timeshifter for every international trip from now on. Worth it!

### 5/5 — Love the notifications

*2026-08-21, version 2.6.1*

So helpful to have real-time reminders and suggestions for time-shifting! I love not feeling exhausted once I’ve arrived on my trip.

### 5/5 — UK to USA

*2026-08-19, version 2.5.3*

Highly recommend u

### 5/5 — Timeshifter is smooth

*2026-08-18*

It really helped me transition seemlessly without even a day lost. It’s wonderful.

### 5/5 — Welcome to Paris

*2026-08-18, version 2.5.3*

I was apprehensive about having to shift forward by 6 hours for my vacation. I followed the guidelines in Timeshifter and arrived ready for my two-week adventure.

### 5/5 — Very useful for long-haul flights!

*2026-08-16, version 2.5.3*

I’ve used Timeshifter a few times now for long-haul flights (Australia to Scotland three times) and have experienced hardly any jet lag. Takes the guesswork out of trying to adjust to the new time zone and keeping myself on track with sleep!

### 5/5 — Didn’t feel my jet

*2026-08-15, version 2.5.3*

This is the 3rd time I use this app. Going from North America to either Dubai or London. I enjoy using it going to these places rather than coming back . It honestly makes a huge difference with my jet lag adjustment . I did not feel the jet lag at all this time especially

### 5/5 — Works well (when your schedule allows)

*2026-08-14, version 2.5.3*

I’ve used this app on three separate trips over a couple of years now. In my experience, if you’re able to follow the sleeping schedule, it really helps with adjusting to the arrival time zone faster. In particular with long west-to-east trips, which I find hardest to adjust to.

That said, sometimes it’s just not possible with life/disruptions on the aircraft/etc. A good blackout eye cover and noise cancelling headphones do wonders to help though.

### 5/5 — No jet lag issues

*2026-08-13, version 2.5.3*

Timeshifter kept me on track to go to sleep right away on the flight from the US to Amsterdam and to stop drinking coffee at about 1 pm when I might have snuck in some coffee to stay awake until 10 pm on the first day. Could I have done this on my own? Maybe but when you are tired and disoriented, it is nice to have guidance. I also liked the prep a few days before. Thank you for the app!!

### 5/5 — Really Helpful App

*2026-08-12*

I used this to go from Toronto to Rome and stayed about 90% on track. I seriously did not have jetlag! Will definitely use again

### 5/5 — Essential Travel Tool!

*2026-08-12, version 2.5.3*

I’ve used the Timeshifter App for my last two international athletic competitions and it has come up big both times by limiting or eliminating performance sapping jet lag! Easy to follow plan really helps prepare you for seamless travel across multiple time zones with minimal effort. Highly recommend this App for anyone who travels internationally!

### 5/5 — It works!!

*2026-08-12, version 2.5.3*

I use Timeshifter at least twice a year on long haul flights. I follow the plan at home before I leave and same on return back to Australia. jet lag is always minimal. I’m a big fan and use Timeshifter on all my long international flights. I think the price is well worth the return of not having to suffer through days of jet lag. It’s a wonderful tool! ( I suffered badly from jet lag for many years before discovering TimeShifter. )

### 5/5 — Worked for me

*2026-08-11, version 2.5.2*

I used the app to help me beat jet lag for a trip from the US (mountain daylight time) to Spain. We had an eight hour time difference. I followed the plan almost exactly and did not experience any jet lag. I was honestly surprised. The last time I flew to England, earlier this year, I woke up at 1:00 AM for the first four nights. This trip, I slept wonderfully, with no mid-sleep wakeups all the way until my usual wake-up time of five AM. I had very little fatigue during the day until about 8 PM the first night. I would highly recommend and plan to use Timeshifter for all international trips in the future and will tell anyone who is traveling that it is worth it.

### 5/5 — Call me astonished

*2026-08-11, version 2.5.2*

I tried Timeshifter on the recommendation of a friend who had used it to travel from California to India with "no jet lag." I was skeptical especially since I find it hard to sleep on planes. But I tried it (California to Spain) and though I wasn't able to follow ALL the suggestions especially with regard to light and bedtimes, I arrived with insignificant jet lag! Tired, yes, but tired from travel, not the groggy dislocation you usually get. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — I rave about Timeshifter

*2026-08-10, version 2.5.2*

I’ve had to travel to NY from California twice in the last five weeks. Both times I followed the Timeshifter plan to the T (even though it meant walking through the airport with sunglasses on) and enjoyed negligible to zero jet lag. It’s pretty unreal. Now, I can’t stop raving about it to anyone and everyone that will listen. Follow the plan and you’re sure to see results too.

### 5/5 — Stransatlanticfamily

*2026-08-10, version 2.5.2*

I have travel transatlantic for 18years. Now that we are a family of 4, jet lags were causing me PTSD when traveling, this app has removed jetlag for my whole family completely. U just have to follow it to the dot. Amazing!!!

### 5/5 — Helps a lot with jet lag

*2026-08-07, version 2.5.2*

Helps with my jet lag in a meaningful way. Adjusting your sleep, caffeine intake and sunlight makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Only suitable if you can sleep during flights

*2026-07-22*

Great premise, but fails to ask you the most important question, and then bases its entire plan on an assumed answer of yes: Can you sleep during flights?

If you don’t already reliably sleep through flights, don’t bother with this app. Its plan for you would be worse than just sleeping/eating earlier/later before your flight, like people have been doing informally since forever.

Oh, look what we have here, a marketing reply to my review. Sorry, but the fact remains: If you are changing time zones enough to want an app to help, then the app can’t ignore that fact that it is your sleep schedule that needs to adjust, and to adjust that it needs to explicitly account for whether or not you can sleep on aircraft.

**Developer response:** Your plan asks you to sleep on both flights and avoid light in between. We round the timing to the nearest hour to keep it simple — your body doesn't run on minutes, so don't stress about being exact.

Once you're in your seat, try to sleep as soon as you can. But if you're not a person who reliably sleeps on planes, that's okay — the advice still works. Sleep helps, but the real driver of the shift is avoiding light. Put on a sleep mask, close your eyes, and just rest, even if you don't actually fall asleep.

Near the end of the flight, through the airport, and until you're seated on your next flight, wear dark sunglasses to block out light. On the second flight, same deal: sleep if you can, or just rest with your eyes closed and stay away from light. That light avoidance is doing the real work, whether or not sleep happens.

### 1/5 — Poor customer support

*2026-07-09, version 2.5.0*

It seems the only way to get any support is a chat box but I have been trying to get an answer from their customer support for over a week now and all I get is the AI response that “the team will get back to” me and their “usual response time is a day” which seems wildly inefficient. I got an answer to one question from a human being, but they did not answer my main question and because this is a chat on their website, I did not get any notification they had responded and by the time I realized it had been several hours and they never responded again after I followed up. So I tried starting a new chat and it’s been two full days with no response. I guess if everything works perfectly from the beginning you will have a good experience with the app, but don’t expect any support if you need help.

### 1/5 — Single trip not robust

*2026-06-24, version 2.5.0*

Beware the single trip option is not robust. If you delete ur trip for whatever reason you have to pay again.

### 1/5 — Very obnoxious notifications request

*2026-06-18, version 2.5.0*

You can’t decline notifications. The app will insist over and over for it.

### 1/5 — Did not honor the in-app purchase

*2026-06-08*

The developers did not honor the in-app purchase and is now not even offering a refund. Lost 10 dollars. Don’t bother using this app.

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out through the in-app support chat to get help resolving this.
In general in-app purchases on iOS are processed and managed by Apple — refunds must be requested directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're unable to issue refunds ourselves. But if you reach out to support, we will help you resolve this. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do all we can to get you back on track.

### 1/5 — Too much trouble

*2026-05-13, version 2.3.1*

My account expired and I tried to pay for a new subscription. The app won’t allow me to do that, so I deleted the app and reloaded it. Still won’t accept my payment. If they want my $, they have to make paying easier

### 1/5 — Needs improvements

*2026-05-02, version 2.1.39*

For $25/year - I should be able to edit my trip without writing into support. The support area is also not user friendly. Just add a search function. I’m really unhappy with the purchase now, despite being pretty pleased with the overall original advice from a previous trip.

My flight was delayed on the tarmac and had to be rebooked. The time limitations for editing are not realistic when someone is navigating actively rebooking their flight to another day.

I won’t be renewing or recommending to others until functionality changes.

### 1/5 — Terrible customer service.

*2026-04-20, version 2.1.39*

The app was helpful during a recent trip with a significant time difference for my husband and me, but it is impossible to obtain any customer service. The matter I’m having requires chatting with a person (according to their chat bot) and 4 days later, and messaging daily within the app, I still have not heard back from anyone, never mind had the issue resolved.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-04-12, version 2.1.39*

Added my flights multiple times and keeps going back to main page without flights. An hour wasted.

### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work on iPhone

*2026-04-01, version 2.1.39*

I downloaded and installed this app and looked forward to trying it, but couldn’t get it to work. After entering all the flight information it kept sending me back to the start page. Tried closing and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, but nothing worked. Sent several notes to customer service but never got a response.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works very well

*2026-09-01, version 2.6.3*

As someone who works in psychiatry and addresses sleep issues all the time, I was surprised how well this app worked. I guess sleep science is sound (pun intended). It made the transition to Iceland from Chicago much better than expected despite an uncomfortable flight from a sleep standpoint. Thank you Timeshifter. I am curious how returning home will be.

### 5/5 — Very Helpful App to Reduce Jet Lag!

*2026-08-31, version 2.6.3*

I’ve used Timeshifter on several international trips and noticed significantly less jet lag after following its recommendations. It’s made a real difference—highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Worked for me!

*2026-08-31, version 2.6.2*

I used Timeshifter to manage jet lag on my recent trip to Thailand from the U.S. I followed the schedule as closely as I could, didn’t use melatonin, and had zero jet lag arriving in Thailand and minimal jet lag upon return. It was easy to follow; I just waited to be notified what to do and when. No need to figure it out myself! I’ve got another international trip planned and will definitely use Timeshifter.

### 5/5 — Helpful Fighting Jet Lag

*2026-08-31, version 2.6.2*

Great app which preps your body & sleeping rhythm to adjust to new time zone. Great experience
For me w/ a 6 hour adjustment!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-08-30, version 2.6.2*

We travel back to Europe every year, and every year I would be struck with a horrible jet lag that lasted for days. So when another traveler friend suggested this app I gave it ago.
THIS APP IS AMAZING! It has forever changed how I will travel and my own personal enjoyment of the trip. It is so easy to follow the cues and time shift using this app.

### 5/5 — Worked great- minimal jet lag

*2026-08-29, version 2.6.2*

Excellent & easy to use app. I was so happy with my time zone adjustments & saved days of being tired & confused while on vacation.

### 5/5 — Actually worked

*2026-08-26, version 2.6.2*

I got several recommendations to use this app from some friends that are doctors. It felt silly doing the sunglasses /sun exposure but i experienced ZERO jet lag during my trip from florida to japan! Definitely recommend!!

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2026-08-25, version 2.6.1*

Very easy to follow. I totally recommend it. I flew from Atlanta to Italy, fresh and ready to start my adventure, when I landed at 10:00 am. No jet lag at all!

### 5/5 — Works well

*2026-08-25, version 2.6.1*

I flew from London to Melbourne via Singapore and followed the guidelines as best as I could. By the time I was finished, I am feeling pretty normal and back in my Timezone, so it appears to have worked effectively. Past trips I have felt like I have been hit by a bus for up to two weeks, so confident to say it worked. Will 100% use again.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-08-24, version 2.6.1*

An excellent app that was very effective and helpful. My wife and I have used it on two international flights and found it to be a terrific aid to a smooth transition in both directions. I highly recommend this app.
