But I regularly am unable to access the Sunday Times due to computer glitches. Now I am unable to access Premium news items. The app stops scrolling smoothly, then freezes, then crashes, or will need to be restarted… every single time I open it. It is poorly designed with the back button being black font on black banner, have to guess where to touch to go back to the list of articles. Completely useless ### 1/5 — TimesLIVE SHOCKING APP *2023-01-15, version 1.3.7* I never comment on apps - this is a shocker always freezes, closes itself. - this after how many updates and how many YEARS of being available on the store!!! Embarrassing to Apple AppStore …and it Says a lot about the quality of the IT management of a company who have a number of good journalists whose message is lost. The latter resolved their scrolling issues (although not completely) but the former has yet to do so. TimesLIVE currently is the worst app on my IPhone. The only part that operates efficiently is the adverts, which as a subscriber I should not have to put up with. The stories are a confusing jumble, with current stories mixed up with old ones, local stories mixed up with international etc. V unfriendly for users. News24 is a much better option for daily news after this app update. Maybe it’s not optimised for tablets and is better on phones.
