TimeStack turns a camera you already own into an automatic time-lapse of your whole job. Snapshots are captured on the schedule you set, then stitched into one client-ready reel that grows day after day until the project is done.

No new hardware. No editing. No babysitting.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-26

You can now delete a project. Open a project's settings and choose Delete — it removes that project, its snapshots and its reels for good, and leaves your other projects untouched.

Project thumbnails are back in the list, including for older projects.

Fixes: working hours typed without a leading zero are no longer misread, so capture starts and stops when you said it should.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-25

Notifications now work on iPhone and Android: turn on "Reel ready" in Settings and TimeStack tells you the moment a new reel has finished building, and opens straight to it.

Reel previews are back everywhere — every reel, including older ones, now shows its own thumbnail in the app and on the web dashboard.

Fixes: the retention shown in Settings now matches the policy (snapshots up to 180 days, reels up to 365), and the app can no longer stall on a blank screen while it starts up.
