关于水印相机软件乱扣费现象，我申请退款，我于2026年3月30日，由于工作需要，下载了水印相机软件为免费试用，仅3月30日下载当天使用一次，后卸载，一直持续扣款到昨日7.16，直到昨天查看扣款记录发现每月扣4-5次，每次为35元，从4月2日扣到目前7月16日，扣款之前也未收到任何提示通知，对于这种高额收费行为，以及未通知客户收费通知的行为，我申请全额退款。
