For almost a year was very satisfied. About 4months ago had issues with intermittent color reversal - has now sustained for 3 months, making it unusable as the images aren’t clear. (Green reversed to pink, dark reversed to light on the foreground image, blurry due to the reversal, etc). Help support is only in Chinese and the website is very basic (sketchy). I see there is a new set of timestamp products but the lifetime access I have to this app is unusable. In a sea of products which have annual subscriptions this one stood out with it’s one time purchase which is why I chose it. Even a small ongoing cost to provide support would be ok - consumer exhaustion from products priced higher to grow the company vs provide the service is real. When did the model become being a low key investor for company growth by way of higher product prices.
