I need to stay in TimeTable 3. Items in a project are often completed in multiple calendar events. This fact seems to be ignored in this design. In TimeTable 3 I could get the total time per project item by sorting events by title and then selecting events with the same title. The time total of all selected items would show up automatically. I can't find that functionality in this version. I can't even sort by event title, nor select multiple events. ### 1/5 — Major Step Backward *2023-11-19* I loved and used TimeTable3 and was hoping for more features with 4 to allow more events to be use, longer timeframes but basically just keep it working as it was. Sadly this version is a huge step backward. The User Interface is terrible and the display of reports cannot be adjusted. I no longer have the option to easily see what calendars are being used. We lost the min, max and average and details from TimeTable3. Do not bother with this one, stick with TT3 instead. ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne plus sur Sonoma *2023-10-02, version 4.2.0* Après la mise à jour Sonoma il n'est plus possible de choisir des calendriers donc l'application n'est plus utilisable. ### 1/5 — horrible version update *2023-03-26* i’m not sure how you could take a wonderful app, make it extremely less functional and require an update. If you were a fan of earlier versions of this app, don’t bother with this one. ### 2/5 — Bring back TimeTable 1 or 2 *2026-05-24* I loved the first version of this app, but the update just drives me crazy, not to mention that I had to pay for it again. I would gladly speak to the developer and talk about what is so frustrating. This is a great tool but it’s just really falling short now. Totally regressed from the last version I used. I’m now just vibe coding my own. ### 3/5 — still prefer TimeTable 3, but ... *2025-08-01, version 4.7.0* Long time user of TimeTable (since 2.0) here. I find version 4.3 an unwelcome departure from what I feel was a very useful tool that did a few things very reliably and easily. The new user interface is VERY different and I just can't get my head round it. TimeTable 4 crashes for no obvious reason on my system (MB Pro running 14.6) and, even though I've reported the issue to the developer, he has failed to provide a solution and has been mostly unresponsive. It's too bad TimeTable 3 is not supported in Sonoma (it will run but with frequent crashes as/when you select calendars from the pane on the left). In short, I cannot recommend this software anymore. That's too bad, as it has served me very well over the years. UPDATE August 2025 >> version 4.7 adds some of the functionality I was missing from TimeTable 3. The developer has been very responsive to my feedback in recent weeks, for which I am grateful. While I still prefer the simplicity of TimeTable 3, I am happy to say that TimeTable 4 can now serve my individual needs, mostly, and in a reliable way (no crashes, etc) ### 3/5 — Nothing like expected very disappointed *2022-07-03* this seemed to emply how easy and customizeable no ### 4/5 — Italian language *2024-10-01, version 4.4.0* Hi Steven, i’m your original italian translator for timetable 3, for Mac. I’m writing to you ‘cause today, after updating to Mac Os Sonoma, I discovered that TimeTable 3 wasn’t opening anymore, so I searched for it on the Store and I found out you released a new one! I immediately bought it and I noticed you didn’t include italian language in the localization!!! Do you think you’ll do it? Please! I even noticed that search field don't search inside the "Notes". The old App did it and was a lot faster. Are you planning to fix it? Thanks again for this great piece of SW you made, you deserve every money on it! Mon planning est bien organisé de base dans l'app Calendrier (1 calendrier par client), elle n'a donc plus qu'à récupérer les infos. Le paramétrage des différents taux horaires est un peu obscur de prime abord, mais on finit par y arriver. Works fine, and you can check on all apple devices, how future income will be. ### 5/5 — This is exactly what I needed! I've never had an app solve my problem so exactly. *2022-05-13* This is worth the 10 bucks. I use Ical to quickly spec my time throughout the work week and sync it with outlook. I needed a quick way to calculate the time I am spending in certain calendars. The function of this app is spot on with how I am working. My employer requires me to submit time in SAP so this makes it soooo much easier to do. I don't have to manually count the hours each week. I can create reports based on the calendar and look at the time summaries. I do wish multiple events in a day would roll up and sum the total spent per day in a week view. However, as I am writing this review I noticed that the view options (list, grid, text) are great too!
