This app has always been subpar (this version is 2 years old). The computer version is way better. Support used to be very responsive, but I’ve had a major issue for almost 2 weeks and support has hardly given me any updates on the problem (also haven’t fixed it). This is a major problem when you your customers can’t book or reschedule classes.

 Unfortunately it’s time to look at Acuity...

Pretty much doesn’t function in any way that is helpful compared to the website. Uninstalled almost right away. Also, TimeTap itself has been having a lot of problems (as of spring 2021). My husband who also uses TimeTap has been trying to have his appointment system fixed (it’s double booking everyone so he can’t book new clients) and he hasn’t had a response for two weeks!!! Lately the system has been very slow to update appointments in my calendar (sometimes taking a day to show up) which is obviously confusing. Not sure what’s going on because we haven’t had too much trouble in the past. But all of a sudden we are having to consider switching to Acuity/Squarespace or some other system. Sadly cannot recommend Time Tap anymore.

I got this app thinking I would have some if not all the features I would need to use my phone instead if I was out of the office. Turns out I can see my schedule, add new clients, and I think that is about it. Or that’s all I discovered because I stopped looking around from disappointment. I would have liked to be able to do send invoices, forms, emails, and maybe the option to even edit a few things. For the time being I have decided to just use the website on my phone. Much better than this app.

Why do I need multiple apps for the functions that the website provides? Why do I need to rotate the screen for the mobile website yet it will not show all the words sometimes?

It isn't up to date on my iPhone 7plus- it forecloses a lot & it's hard to reschedule or move clients around or marked as cancelled. Needs some improvements because I really would like to continue using it...

Unfortunately, using the web site is much better. At least the web site has a mobile view. 

Things I wish this app could do? Let me click on a phone number to call or text, live links for email too. Ability to click patient’s name to open in client view (instead of having to search clients. 

Plus, the ability to see calendar items that are viewable on the web, like my iCal calendar. That’s the main reason the app isn’t helpful. TimeTap does the best uploading of your external calendars. But of no use if can’t see those items in the app. 

Highly recommend using TimeTap for scheduling. So many features!

Please update everything and make it as new as possible! We love your services but would love the app to be as up to date as possible too just like the website itself.

We use this at work, and this app is good for the individual users checking their schedule. If you are doing the scheduling for many people like me then use the desktop website. I recommend this app because I use it every day and it makes my job easier!!
