His more comprehensive BizXpenseTracker is absolutely the best, also! ### 3/5 — Won’t Let Me Export To PDF *2021-08-26* I like this app and the layout, except it won’t let me export any timesheets to PDF or any file type. When I select preview when I try to export, the white sheet is all blank. If there is a way to fix this issue, I will pay for the subscription. **Developer response:** I assume this issue was resovled for you. But in the future, please go into the Prefs screen within the app and choose "Email the Author." A copy of your review are NOT forwarded to the app developer. And if by chance we read your review the same day it showed up in the App Store, it might be days later as it takes some time for a review to be disaplayed in the App Store portal which allows us to respond like this. SO, for this review and others reading this review, please go into the app, go into the Prefs screen and choose "Email the Author" for the quickest resolution of an issue. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Tim the Painter *2021-07-26* Best app I’ve found for keeping track of my hours. I work by the job and this app is flexible enough and has most all the bells and whistles to make it easier for a small business like mine. ### 3/5 — I like the app, but it’s had some problems. *2021-04-27* It took me awhile to figure out why the app lags and crashes. I’ve used the app for my landscaping business. I’ve discovered that when you get too much data on the app, it lags and crashes. Nice app, but has some issues. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2021-04-26* I’m a volunteer at national parks and needed a way to track hours at various locations and activities. I tried half a dozen time-keeping apps and this was the only one that had all the attributes I wanted to track. Reporting is a bit rough but I eventually got what I wanted. No longer works to get an exported timesheet, so I can get paid! *2023-04-15* SUDDEN FAILURE!! No longer works to get an exported timesheet, so I can get paid! UPDATE: I had tested the ability to print a timesheet shortly after entering my first week's data--and it worked and created a beautiful report with all my data, time and charges. I plunked down my money for the paid version, thinking that would assure that the developer could afford to maintain it. I went forward and used it all month--now I have over 120 hours, billed at $50 an hour and it will NOT EXPORT my data to any report now. TTP has a pretty unstandard way of creating the report in the first place, telling you to point your browser at their link to grab the zip files. I have thrown hours and hours of time into trying to troubleshoot it, AND sent 3 separate emails to the developer. NO answer, of course. Cleared my cache, restarted, tried every version of the report. Tried exporting to 3 different browsers, and also to my laptop. This is tragic for me!! If anyone has any idea how to get my data out--even as an export of any kind at this point, I will be eternally grateful. DEVELOPER--are you listening? OLD REVIEW: I got this to log my time on a large project. It doesnt come with any instructions and its not as obvious as the developer probably thought. My entries go smoothly, but the log keeps submitting, even though I am not doing anything to cause it, and then I cannot see my previous entries till I jump through a bunch of hoops to find the submitted logs and tell it to add my entries to the previously submitted log. Its a shame it isn't more obvious, or have a better explanation of the process, including preferences and settings--As such, it looks like it is only really suited to use as a timesheet. But it is such a convenient app to log my time on a legal project that I will keep struggling with it and PRAY it doesn't loose my valuable data! ### 1/5 — Forced to go to this!! *2023-04-09* Used the original time tracker since 18 for free now forced to switch to this and pay for it!! Now it forgets that I have a subscription and constantly says I need to get a subscription. Looking for new options! ### 1/5 — Mind of its own *2022-07-12* This app was great when I first got it. I’ve recommended it to dozens of apprentices and other companies a like. The long I use the app the more glitchy it gets. I sent hours in the same way I do every other time and it’s not working …… again so now I have to hand write everything out to get them into the book keeper blah blah waste of time. Fix the app stop asking me to leave a review ### 1/5 — Subscription ugh *2021-12-18* So the only real difference between this new version and the old one I paid for is that this one wants a subscription. Ugh. Deleted both. 😢 **Developer response:** The new version is not the same as the old version. The new version has many new features and enhancements. At the time this app was released in October we posted a full list on our website in our User's Forum. For others reading this review please note that we have asked this user to email us so we can provide them a list of enhancements and changes but they simply update their review with the same incorrect information. We are unable to contact them other than this response as reviews do not include the reviewer's email. ### 1/5 — I liked the app *2021-03-19* I used the original version of this TimeTracker then had to swap over to TimeTracker Pro. Again I like the app... but it is telling me that I have reached my limit and need to upgrade. This is fine, but when I try it will not let me. I have even gone to the App Store to see if there is a full version of this app, but with no luck. So now at this point I have to try to find another time tracker to utilize for my work. **Developer response:** I sincerely apologize for this problem. A recent update introduced the problem you experienced but this was resolved with the 1.3.2 update. Please download this update if you have not already as it will allow you to subscribe without issue. We did have several customers contact us about this who we helped very quickly. I am hoping you were one of those customers and you are all set now. If things are working well for you I would appreciate it if you would delete or edit your review to reflect your current experience with the app. ALSO, if you did not contact us but simply posted this review, please instead in the future contact us directly by tapping the Email the Author link within the app's Prefs screen. I am just seeing your review now. We did have some customer contact us directly about this which we helped to quickly resolve. Please note that when a review gets posted we are not notified. Also when we see a review there is no way to contact you except to post this response. I ask if all is resovled for you to please delete or update your review. If you are still having an issue I would absolutely recommend you insure you are using the latest version of the app and also go into the Prefs screen and choose the "Restore Subscription" option. In the future I would like to also ask you to give us the opportunity to resovle the problem directly and for you to go into the Prefs screen and tap the "Email the Author" link. Then the app was upgraded to pro and that in turn forced me to upgrade. Now it requires another payment. And thats on a monthly or annually reoccurring deal. Without access to the old app I could not pull the hours off it for my current project to the new app. Luckily I had take. A screen shoot the day before. Consider providing for this situation. It did everything I wanted. When I needed it again I searched for something else but none had the functions I needed. With this app you can easily record hours worked and mark when they are paid.
