## What is TimeUp?

TimeUp turns screen time into practical motivation. Choose the apps to limit, then earn minutes for your bank by moving, walking, sleeping, or taking a moment for mindfulness.

Every rule is customizable: decide what earns you time and how much. Earned minutes fill your bank; selected apps spend them. When the bank is empty, the limit returns.

With TimeUp, you can:
• Earn time from exercise minutes, steps, sleep, or mindfulness minutes when you allow access to Apple Health.
• Start a quick challenge: do 5 push-ups or 5 squats to add 5 minutes. The camera analyzes your movements locally on iPhone; no images are saved.
• Customize rules and caps for each activity.
• Choose the apps to manage with Apple’s Screen Time features.
• Check your balance, history, and summary for the last seven days.
• Use a simple interface with no account and no ads.

TimeUp is a voluntary tool to help you take back control of your attention. It is not a medical app or a safety system: move within your comfort limits and always stay in control.

Your health data, rules, and selected apps stay on your iPhone.
