When it works. *2026-03-24, version 1.20* This app is constantly glitching. When I need to clock in for work I DO NOT need an app that glitches as often at this does. Didn’t recognize my password. There’s no way to reset your own password. I had to reach out to HR to get an entirely new password. The app keeps force quitting, and it “timing out”. I still can’t get in. I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, tried again, still nothing. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-08-09, version 1.18* This app is horrible. It either: 1) Constantly lags and takes forever to clock in and out 2) Will for some reason remove time off your time card 3) Randomly log you out of the system. Thankfully I have been able to log back in when this happened, but why am I (and others) randomly being logged out? First of all there is a bug with the app where it can log you out and never recognize your log in information again. The website also looks terrible, there is words and buttons overlaid making it confusing and ugly to work with. The time in clock will also make up a time when you click clock in. I clocked in at 6:30am and it tells me that I clocked in at 8:30am. The website also has a ghost double clicking issue that is still unresolved. These are issues that have not been fixed for up to 2 years, so don’t think they are about to fix or update it. I don’t know how a supposed credible company can get away with such terrible design and not do anything to fix it. I should not be able to clock in unless I am already clocked out, and I should not be able to clock out unless I'm already clocked in. Aside from the bugs and garbage UI this thing never saves your credentials. Always makes you log in and then decides randomly that your password is no good anymore with no option to recover it or change it. Normally, good apps have a “forgot your password?” feature but not this one! First they “fixed” the desktop app which was never the issue! Then they “said” they fixed the mobile app, but when entering the new password/username, it didn’t work! It’s been weeks since I asked for admin to synch up my phone app with my desktop app and no one has communicated what the problem is, how to fix it, IF they fixed it or that they’re even working on it. It doesn’t capture my punches most of the time, it reloads on its own, and the Wi-Fi kicks me out of the app frequently. And it needs to have more features in the app also like more information on time off, easier ways to company messages, offline access, and more ways to edit my clock in/clock out times. I have a serious issue with this app in my current administration building where the Wi-Fi is trash and I have to clock in and out near the main office. And when the app kicks me out often, I have to log in again when I get home. And it takes so long to refresh at certain times of the day that no punch is captured. Just a dead useless app now. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-02-09, version 1.19* Won’t let me clock in, and doesn’t send the code to reset my password. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-02-07, version 1.19* Get logged out every month, no option to reset password, no repeating passwords ever ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best Company Clock In app *2024-11-06, version 1.19* To be honest, I would’ve give it a four out of five because it does glitch you out and log you out often if you run out of service, but besides that it has been hands-down the best app for clocking in on an hourly wage job this app is a simple tap clock in simple tap clock out it is very effective and while most of my employees are on timing timeouts on paper a few of us get to use this and it has been very helpful for getting the precise moment we leave especially if we’re staying later we’re coming in earlier. I’m gonna give it five stars, if you’re wondering what I do truck related work, definitely helps. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2024-10-29, version 1.18* My employer has us using this since Jan.
