I beg you. *2021-02-09* Pros: it does indeed function. FR1: When I clock in I have to select from 50 departments and 40 different positions on the “enter info to login” page. Whoever codes this app: please crud me bb. Remember my selections for the logon details page. Please I beg you. I hate zinging though 100 options every. single. day. Its killing me softly. I don’t have a choice in using this app and I would die a little less inside each morning if it just remembered my login selections. FR2: In “my time card” please add a toggle switch like [hours worked view] that places “hours worked” to the right of the “date” column (instead of off screen like it is now) .This is what an employee is usually looking for when they are in their time card. FR3: This one is minor but still would be very nice to have: add a pencil icon in the main view to add/edit notes. Or even a “add note” box that comes up when you hold down on the date. Currently that responds with a haptic response but does no action. To go beyond that, development-wise, just imagine needing to use this app every single day at least 4 times. Anything that lets me Do more in less steps is incredibly appreciated and makes life a drop or two more wonderful. ### 3/5 — Good but could be better *2020-10-14* I appreciate the ability to clock-in/out on the go. However, I would replace the submit button with a clock-out button so you would have separate clock-in and clock-out buttons. I think the submit button is redundant. I would greatly appreciate a total hours worked for the week in the ‘my timecard’ feature. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Slow. Poorly designed. Rarely updated. *2019-07-01* This is the worst app on my phone but, unfortunately, I have to use it for work. The buttons are clunky and not well thought out. Once the pay period is over how do I know my employer is paying me right??????? It so difficult to reset it. The app takes you back and forth and still couldn’t reset it. After updating iOS this started. And the password and login are never simple ones ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE! *2018-05-07* The app must be opened and closed several times to get it to load. Takes 10-15 minutes to load, if it loads at all. Most of the time it will whirl away saying it’s loading but never does. Once it seems to be loaded, I tap a button and it locks up forcing you to close it and restart. Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. AWFUL! It doesn’t have any help or troubleshooting menus. It doesn’t have how to instructions. It just says clock in and then when you’re done with your day you’re suppose to be able to press clock out, but when you go back in to the app you find out that you’ve been clocked out the entire time. It doesn’t record your time worked so you have to call your employer to constantly manually enter your time. Complete waste of time and effort. I’ve also now been logged out of the app after 2 years of using the Face ID. Now it won’t take my password and it won’t give me a link to reset my password either. Absolute garbage with no support. There isn’t even a freaking help button or drop down in the app. How do I let the app admins know I can use the app my company requires, if I can’t contact them? ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2020-03-02* Would give it zero stars if I could. I use this app for my job at a preschool. For reference I have the iPhone 11 pro. I went to open the app and it got stuck on the loading screen. My phone overheated so much I thought it would destroy my phone. I couldn't return to the home menu and the crash stopped my ability to turn my phone off. I could lock the phone with the lock button, I could turn the volume up and down with the other buttons but when I would hold them down to restart my phone, nothing. This is ridiculous that I have the most current phone generation and this app acould have ruined my phone. I spent too much money on this phone. Please make sure ALL bugs are fixed for EVERY iPhone. Makes life easy. ### 5/5 — Great tool for remote users! *2016-04-22, version 1.6.3* We have clients ranging from home healthcare to directional drillers on remote oil rigs. It is easily customizable to collect many different and unique pieces of data needed by each client. We have not come across one request that we have not been able to deliver. The implementation and support teams know the system very well and are quick to respond.
