Unfortunately the account with Timex seems to reset whenever the app updates, and I have to set up each watch again— which is NOT a simple or fast procedure. Can please update app login with FaceID, etc and fix the saved set up issue described. Also , the watches themselves are inconsistent. I had one replaced after 1 fall, and a second one has now stopped receiving calls or initiating calls and texts are very slow and often don’t send or receive at all.
