The app location has let me to believe that my child was in danger ( wrong location ) during school hrs.  I call my child’s school to make sure everything was fine and it was. The location had a 2 mile miss range.

The watch does what it’s supposed to do, but the speed is ridiculously slow. I will be with my son and 10 minutes after we leave the house I get an alert. If something were to happen that time is critical and with technology today there really is no excuse for the delay.

The app takes forever to fetch location, if it even can. And isn’t very accurate. 

The battery life is also bad. My son wears his watch to school in school mode and then the battery will be dead within an hour after he gets out of school. Unacceptable. 

Overall, there is a lot to be improved on. The technology is out there and has been for years. These are peoples children, come on Timex, do better.

Love everything about this app but really needs biometric access, the constant username and password entry is exhausting at this point.

This app used to work fine, but for awhile now when I try to open it, it just gets stuck on the loading page. It’s really frustrating because usually I’m trying to see a message from my son. It also logs me out often now.

It works as advertised, both tracking a device and letting us chat with our child. Unfortunately it has to poll the device manually, and that can take quite a while. It also has to fetch messages from the server, which all messaging apps do, but it doesn’t do it until you open up the messages section of the app, despite having already notified you of the message. Why doesn’t it download them at the same time as notifying you? The entire app also relies on a server running on dial up to serve messages and location data, making app navigation take much longer and cumbersome than necessary.

This app is awful. Can’t even get past terms and conditions without it crashing. Don’t buy this watch.

I have three kids and bought each of them a watch and use the app to manage each one. Unfortunately the account with Timex seems to reset whenever the app updates, and I have to set up each watch again— which is NOT a simple or fast procedure. Can please update app login with FaceID, etc and fix the saved set up issue described. Also , the watches themselves are inconsistent. I had one replaced after 1 fall, and a second one has now stopped receiving calls or initiating calls and texts are very slow and often don’t send or receive at all. Normally I don’t rank time to write reviews, but contacting T-MOBILE support for this likely becomes a long explanation that they will not bd able to solve or blame on TIMEX.

Constantly has days at a time where it’s not transmitting any data back to us. We use this to monitor a senior for falls and this makes us concerned that we wouldn’t know if they did fall.

I actually am unable to change my password.  Every time I use the password reset—and choose my own password option—I keep getting an error message that my password entries don’t match.  I even did the copy and paste from my password from iCloud Keychain—and I still get the passwords don’t match.  This happens every time.  Without fail.  This has happened for about a year and a half.  Right now I am so frustrated that I am about to disconnect the watch from my phone account because I am so frustrated.  Fix this!

Can the Senior watch work with your smartphone mobile number when you do not have your phone with you and connected via bluetooth to the watch?  Ex. Phone is at home but you are away with just your watch.  If someone calls my smartphone number will it ring on my watch?

We have been using a watch and Timex Family Center for over a year now for my pre-teen. The app regularly crashes, can’t find the watch, and will not call make or receive calls. 
We also cannot call his watch through a regular phone app, which refers his watch useless. 

Luckily the watch was close to free and the line is only a couple bucks a month or we’d be canceling the line.

Please save your money and get something where they care about the costumers
Now T-Mobile stop sell id they line so the watch stop working and nobody cares. Costumer service wont pick the phone EVER or help you anyway.
Do yourself a favor a get an older model of iwatch that cost the same and you know they will be always in business

This is happening constantly. I want to track where my son is, but the location does not update. I want to call him or text him, the calls don’t go through. Texts are not received. This is a gigantic problem! What will happen if an emergency occurs and I can’t track my child? This watch and app are garbage.

It worked ok for its intended purpose but now the app is struggling and loading/opening the message take a while with a few phone restart hoping the app will work as smoothly as it should. It is also a hassle that you need to open an app to send a message or to call the phone. Doesn’t provide real time location tracing and Doesn’t really work if you need to send a group message to your family. Ok for kids 4-7ish if you have the patience to work with the app but just get the apple SE for kids to young but not old enough to have a phone.

Yeah this is the fifth time this happens to me and it takes a while to let me sign in again. After I have like a million passwords and can’t get the right one I have to wait for the app to send me a provisional. Which that take forever too.. and it just gets frustrating. Cus you trying to read the messages that your kids sent and can’t cuz the app log you out..

The most secure device for children. My kid has used it for years! He’s a teenager and still uses it. He’s ready to update for a more modern one. But it’s not available on Metro pcs sadly. Please start selling them again! Parents need them!

My 12 year old son has this for few years since he was 8-9 years when he started biking to go to school and other places.  This is all I need to track and communicate with him. 

I am a bit old fashion and don’t want to give him a phone that connects to the internet.  So I recommend highly.

This is one of the best things we could have gotten my kids. Definitely gives me peace of mind! All the features it has helps my autistic child with his routine. Ofcourse they love the games. Knowing where they are even when I’m not with them is most important✅

I actually downloaded this saferkid app in other to make my very own findings and track my spouse over infidelity for I never believed my spouse could cheat on me in as much as I give my full sincerity, I started having doubts and he’s been all suspicious too. A colleague of mine from work advised me to check on him. I came across a recommendation online about a professional private investigator named “Prince”, so I decided to try it out. I wrote him on his mail hacktech04er@Gmailcom and of which he requested few informations from me and in less than 2hours, my partner’s phone was hacked and I was in total control of it to spy and see his texts and phone messages, monitor his calls, I had access to his social media accounts ( both Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram), I was able to track his GPS location to know his day to day activities as well and listen to his calls without touching his phone. I was disappointed and heart broken finding out he’s been cheating on me 💔 prince boy is really good at what he does and I didn’t regret ever contacting him. I find this watch and App so helpful and useful. My 7yr loves it and so do I. We moved a lot. And we can’t trust people. And knowing I can keep an eye on him and it tells me when he leaves a safe zone and enters a safe zone is very helpful. I am able to message him and see how he is, I can call him. Etc. the only thing I don’t like is it dies very quickly. But the schedule and tasks are AMAZING!!
