Requires the use of a Timex Smart watch, including the Timex Ironman R300 GPS,Timex Metropolitan R and Timex Metropolitan S.

This app stopped working as iOS software advanced. Think again if you believe Timex will help you. The AI based chat is useless and the customer service phone number is dedicated to trying to fish you in to various schemes. I’ve love’d my metropolitan R but it may be over for it. Sad really…

After latest iOS update, the R300 no longer pairs. The watch shows up in the App, and trying to pair results in it saying, “Pairing request is refused, bring closer to the phone and try again.” You can’t “forget this device on the phone because it doesn’t show up under Bluetooth anymore. I tried resetting Network settings on the phone, factory reset of the watch, deleting the Timex Smart App and reinstalling on the phone. Nothing has worked.

My Ironman smart watch has been working steadily well and the Timex Smart app is great!  However, I understand it’s not the most used app.  Can the app include user community info., at least to get a sense of who’s out there, # of users, leader boards, etc?  When my sleep report says I’m 97% among users I don’t have a good reference point.  97% of five users, or 5,000?

I have been using this app for many years and about a year or more ago it doesn’t work right and appears they haven’t kept up with apples iOS. When entering into app it starts to sync and then gos fails to update and close app automatically not finishing. I really was happy and would love to continue using the watch as it was made with quality and has really held
Up compared to Apple Watches and others. Please Fix!
