Repeatedly tried to log in without success, despite resetting my password 3 times. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever! *2024-10-15, version 4.53.0* Very bad and unhelpful customer service. Totally a scam! ### 1/5 — Useless app.. *2024-08-17, version 4.53.0* My golf club sadly has this app for booking and scheduling. Account do not work full stop. Incorrect password prompts so you email to reset it and have it change. Unsurprisingly it prompts “incorrect password”. Don’t waste the 56mb of your phones memory. ### 1/5 — Unable to access from mobile or tablet *2024-03-15, version 4.52.0* If you are a trader that works by yourself, this is NOT the diary for you . The basic package does not allow you to access your work diary from your phone or IPad ! How ridiculous is that ? A mobile phone or iPad has a diary built in for FREE , which you can source from anywhere in the world !! Meaning that if you are working away from your desk and you wish to book a job in that someone has requested, you are unable to inform that customer when you are next available, because TIMIFY will not allow you to look at your diary until you can get back to your desk !!! Lots of much better ways to book work in than this terrible app . ### 5/5 — Fabulous! *2022-09-08, version 4.39.0* I have been using this app for my barber shop for 18months now. It works great, their communication is excellent, any issues I’ve had (only a couple in all that time), have been addressed almost immediately. The only thing that’s bugs me a little is it logs me out of my mobile phone occasionally, so I have to re enter my email address & password- but it does stay logged in on my iPad & MacBook, so all in all not much to complain about. Sometimes clients will claim they haven’t received their confirmation email, & it always turns out to be their own fault, in that they haven’t clicked the confirmation button, or they’ve entered their email incorrectly! I am extremely happy with this app, it’s made my life with a busy barber shop soooooo much easier! ### 3/5 — Not great *2022-08-11, version 4.38.0* While it does have almost of the functionality of the website, having to log in ever time you open the app is ridiculous and makes it annoying to quickly check your calendar.
