## What is Timo?

Timo turns the meetings you are already in into notes, decisions and tasks.

Put your phone on the table, tap once, and talk. When you stop, Timo writes up what was agreed, who owes what, and what to do next — not a wall of transcript.

WHAT YOU GET AFTER EVERY MEETING
• A summary you can actually send to someone
• The decisions, separated from the discussion
• Action items with owners
• A searchable transcript, if you want it
• A PDF, or a hand-drawn notebook page of the meeting

BUILT FOR THE MEETINGS A PHONE IS RIGHT FOR
• In person, across a table, with no meeting link and no bot to invite
• Keeps recording when you switch apps or lock the screen
• If a call interrupts you, the meeting is held open and picks up again afterwards
• Nobody has to be told a robot is joining — there isn't one

YOUR DAY, NOT JUST YOUR MEETINGS
• Today's schedule and every task you promised, on one screen
• Tasks Timo found in meetings, waiting for you to accept
• Focus sessions: one task, protected time

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT CANNOT DO
Timo cannot record a phone or WhatsApp call on this iPhone. iOS gives the microphone to the call app alone and no app can change that. For calls, record on a second device, take the call on a computer, or upload the recording afterwards — Timo writes the notes either way.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your recordings and notes belong to your workspace. Raw audio is deleted after processing. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.

FREE FOR 30 DAYS
No card, no details, and it does not quietly become a charge. After that it is $8 a month for 100 hours of recording.

Timo also runs in your browser at timonow.com, on the same account.
