How do I proceed? ### 1/5 — Waste of Money *2020-08-09, version 2.1* I created audio recordings for two birthday cards. The recipients couldn’t use the TINE app to scan the tags, because they received a message that the app wasn’t compatible with their phones. One has an Android and the other, an iPhone. I have a bunch of tags I can’t use. Also, their Contact Us page no longer exists. I was hoping someone could explain what went wrong. SO i went to pay for them and it won’t let me select the correct state on the mailing address. It’s much too messy for anything to go over smoothly. The scanner of the tags have to see too much clutter when all actuality they really should just see the message. The Advanced feature of adding a YouTube link does not work on my updated 6S. It force closes the app without any change. This could be the next big thing, but without a simpler, smoother app with less bugs, I don’t see that happening any time soon. It keeps saying that it can’t find the network when I try logging in. Is there a bug? I was about to do a really important project! ### 1/5 — Don't waste your money *2017-04-24, version 2.0.3* I purchased 16 tags to do a fun Easter Scavenger Hunt for my teenagers. The day they arrive we try recording and 10/16 tags won't even scan. They said "these are unrecognized" they were brand new! I was not able to use them for an egg hunt. I was livid and reached out immediately. I never heard back. Then today I reach out again- and somehow they were able to fix the 10 remaining tags and just apologized. They didn't offer a refund or any other solution. Huge waste of money. I don't recommend anyone use them.
