How to get in an old account?
I bought these many years ago and don’t remember my account information but I do remember the phone number I had at the time which is not a phone access to now. How do I proceed?
Waste of Money
I created audio recordings for two birthday cards. The recipients couldn’t use the TINE app to scan the tags, because they received a message that the app wasn’t compatible with their phones. One has an Android and the other, an iPhone. I have a bunch of tags I can’t use. Also, their Contact Us page no longer exists. I was hoping someone could explain what went wrong. It seems they’ve abandoned ship.

These are so much fun! I love putting them on things and they scan great so far! Just such a fun little gift as well for someone to get :)
Glitch
It says tags are free but you have to pay for them. SO i went to pay for them and it won’t let me select the correct state on the mailing address. Seems like such a good idea but a lot of glitches still to be worked out.
Needs a lot of work.
The feel of the app still feels like a beta test. It’s much too messy for anything to go over smoothly. The scanner of the tags have to see too much clutter when all actuality they really should just see the message.
The Advanced feature of adding a YouTube link does not work on my updated 6S. It force closes the app without any change.
This could be the next big thing, but without a simpler, smoother app with less bugs, I don’t see that happening any time soon.
I could have very well just printed and colored my own QR codes.
