I cannot edit invoices on my own on the app and I cannot attach documents when communicating with the parents via the app

So annoying when you have to update the app to open it. Most apps let you update in your own time not when you are rushed for time and want to check the app to see what the update is and if your child has eaten! Change the update settings so you can update at your own leisure!

I absolutely love the app and all of its multi function’s however, it would be useful if could downloaded the app on my Mac (desktop/laptop). This would helpful as I can attend training, see materials on a big screen especially when we have our admin days :-)

The app is good for parents to see development about their children but the app can improve in ways that We should be able to post videos to parents. We should also be able to see if parents/childminders have read messages.

I love that it’s a one stop shop for everything I need, observations, payments, contracts, getting in touch with Tiney, resources and webinar events. My only issue is it seems to crash quite often and while it is normally a quick fix from the team, it does affect the smoothness of my business day. Especially with signing children in and out of my setting.

I really love the app and the fact that our childminder updates us constantly with daily activities of our child. Unsure if after the latest update or not, but I’m now unable to save the pictures. It used to work roughly 2 weeks ago, but not anymore. Is this a known issue that’s being looked at, or I’m doing something wrong ?
But apart from that, really good app, very intuitive interface, never crashed on me.
