You make us Timnitus sufferers out to be anxiety-ridden and stressed. I just have Tinnitus.  And your app is so patronising!  Please cancel my subscription immediately.

I slept so well once I turned this on last night with the sounds area of the app.
It would be really handy to have an option to send the sounds to an external speaker as my phone speaker isn’t great though

**Developer response:** Gadndo, we are very happy to hear that the soundscapes helped you to sleep. It should be possible for you to play the sounds on an external bluetooth speaker. Enjoy the good night sleep!

This app has helped with my tinnitus. It is structured on a weekly basis, with various tasks each week. The sounds section was useful and calming, particularly at the beginning when I was still angry and annoyed with the tinnitus. I found some little bits of it slightly patronising, but not enough to be put off.

I had a very encouraging chat today with Fabrice of the Tinnibot app - it’s a new service they’re testing. He helped me to understand what’s going on with my T, which, after 25-30 years is getting worse. Thank you Fabrice, you’re doing great work!

Tinnibot has given me the ability to cope with tinnitus and enjoy my favourite activities again. Using the app has been life changing - a real mental health saviour. The tools embedded in the app enable me to deal with the daily challenges of tinnitus. My feelings and experiences are understood, explained and re-framed by Tinnibot. I am tremendously grateful to the developers of this revolutionary app!

I had the privilege of trying this app and I have to say this one stop app helped me so much in coping and managing my newly diagnosed symptom of Tinnitus. This app has many CBT exercises and positive change thinking messages. I would say apart from an actual cure, this would be the next best thing outhere for people with Tinnitus. Give it a go and see what you think. I have not come across anything as useful so far.
