I already bought this inclusion on the previous app.   . Just installed a new phone only to find now I have to pay £40 for it. Not happy.

I immediately delete apps which present that awful interface which forces you to opt out by manually setting trackers to off ONE BY ONE. There are hundreds of them. I don’t care what you charge, but don’t say it’s free when we are giving data to advertisers. That’s not free.

**Developer response:** In the free version you can opt out simply by disabling tracking for the app. The free app provides unlimited access to a catalog of high-quality sounds, custom mixes, and you can sample the advanced filters. The subscription removes ads, provides unlimited access to the advanced filters, and adds 250+ sounds.

Das bekommt man beim Start der App zu sehen. 
Daher gleich wieder gelöscht. 
Ich zahle gerne einen Einmalbetrag für eine gute App und auch ein einmaliger Kauf zusätzlicher Features ist denkbar. 
Aber auf personalisierte Werbung und Abu zu setzen vergrault mich sofort.

Before I even got to try the app, I had two pop ups trying to get me to subscribe. Like why would I subscribe to something I haven’t even tried yet?? They don’t offer a free trial (I’d have been happy with a week to see if it even works for me. I have Pulsatile tinnitus and am struggling to find something to help). 

And on top of all that, you don’t even get a pay monthly option. You need to subscribe for 3 months or a year. I wouldn’t mind that if I at least got to test it first. 

So I’ve uninstalled it and will try elsewhere. Plenty of other apps out there.

**Developer response:** Hmm.. you can listen to the high-quality sound catalog for as long as you like for free, create unlimited custom mixes, and you can try out the advanced independent filters (which are unique). There is a subscription for 250+ sounds and unlimited use of the advanced filters, but you can use the app for free for as long as you like.

App is very confusing to use.  It does appear to help with ringing in my ears but my frustration level goes up every time I use it!
