Our guided sound preference setup identifies your ideal audio profile in minutes. Once found, we apply a custom frequency filter to your sounds — shaping the audio to match your listening preference.

20+ RELAXING SOUNDS
Choose from white noise, pink noise, brown noise, gentle rain, ocean waves, forest stream, fireplace, coffee shop, and more. Every sound plays through our 12-band equalizer so you can shape it to your exact preference.

PLAYS DURING PHONE CALLS
Unlike other apps, TinniRelief keeps playing even when a call comes in. No interruptions. No silence. Just continuous calm — exactly when you need it most.

SLEEP TIMER WITH SOFT-OFF
Set a timer from 5 to 120 minutes. The volume gradually fades in the final 10 minutes so you fall asleep naturally without an abrupt cutoff.
