## What is TinnitusRecord?

TinnitusRecord helps you track tinnitus and ringing ear episodes in detail — so you can identify your triggers and share precise records with your audiologist.

LOG EVERY EPISODE:
• Start/stop episode timer with live duration display
• Loudness scale 1–10 with color-coded severity
• Ear: left, right, both, or head
• Pitch: low, mid, high frequency, or variable
• Triggers: stress, noise, sleep, caffeine, medication, blood pressure, fatigue, silence
• Symptoms: hearing loss, ear fullness, dizziness, headache, sound sensitivity, pressure
• Medication and effectiveness tracking
• Free-text notes

MASKING SOUNDS:
• Built-in white noise, pink noise, and brown noise
