When we say we're roasting our chestnuts on an open fire, we really mean it. For 20 years Tinsel & Tunes has been the world's favorite Christmas radio station, broadcasting every November & December. Our Apple TV app is as simple as it gets! We show you a gorgeous crackling fire and stream our award winning holiday music mix. That's it. Remember, our broadcast only takes place in November & December, so there won't be any music January - October. A few fun things you can do with your remote: *Play or pause the Christmas music (ingenious, right?) *Control the volume of the crackling fire with 3 options: High, Low, Mute *Show and hide the menu on the right side of the screen Every song we play is shown tastefully in the upper lefthand corner of the screen. With a lot of back-end improvements to cover updates over the last year, this version of the app will be the best yet. We've added the ability to change the visual image quality of the fire to help with loading time on slower connections. Like in years past, it's still pretty simple, just turn the music on or off and enjoy the fire all year long. Now, grab some egg nog and get ready for Tinsel & Tunes by a roaring fire. ### 1.2.0 — 2020-11-05 We had to make some updates as the cherry on the sundae for the year of 2020. Actually, we just made some minor adjustments and you probably won't notice much other than how the app looks. Everything else is exactly the same. So, grab a fire extinguisher and let's do this. ### 1.0.2 — 2017-11-15 Another quick update! Some people were complaining that the fire was too hot and it was making their living rooms a bit warm. So we got rid of a log.
