This was my experience. *2025-02-06, version 1.91* As a first-time CRM user, I didn’t even know what 'Customer Relationship Management' meant. I started my automotive window tinting business in my garage in 2004 and operating on a first-come, first-served basis. For years, I avoided appointments due to cancellations and the hassle of managing a schedule manually. When I moved into a shop and brought on more help, I needed a better system to keep growing my business. That’s when I discovered Tint Wiz. At first, I used it mainly to respond to lead forms from my website, creating templates for quick replies. Once I learned how to send proposals, my business communication became far more professional and efficient. As my team grew, hiring a receptionist became necessary. With Tint Wiz, we could track live updates, making scheduling seamless while I focused on tinting. The 24/7 support and the active user community on Facebook have been invaluable for advice and troubleshooting. Beyond the software itself, I’ve come to appreciate the passion behind it. The ongoing improvements and dedication from the team reassure me that this tool will continue evolving to benefit the industry. Couldn’t ask for a better CRM. Guaranteed to make 500x the monthly subscription price just using this CRM. 😏 First few days it’s complicated to use, spend a few hours to have it optimized to your liking and you’ll be sending professional proposals in 2 minutes. Just wish they would link Other apps like Invoice2go or Square to accept other forms of payment. QuickBooks it not user friendly and the invoice number never shows up when you email to customers or dealerships have to manually enter. Truly frustrating just wish they had more or better options. Or they had there own from of Excepting credit payments with invoices. This system can can be a bit more user friendly. But it will get the job done for sure.
