## What is TINWOO?

This app is designed to support TINWOO smart band and smart watch.
TINWOO smart band and smart watch can track all-day activity, exercise, sleep, resting heart rate and exercise heart rate.
With TINWOO runs on the phone, all data stored in smart band can be transferred to app and stored in the phone.
TINWOO can display daily activity data including steps, calories burned, and distance. TINWOO also can display resting heart rate for 24 hours, exercise heart rate for the period of exercise, including highest heart rate and average heart rate. TINWOO can show sleep information including start/end time, light sleep time and deep sleep time. With the TINWOO we can set daily activity goals, alarm, and the time for reminders to move. All activity data recorded by TINWOO smart band with HR can be checked on the TINWOO app.

This is not an Apple Watch, do not be fooled. But it is awesome for the price point. Battery lasts days. Texts and calls come through, not to answer or respond but saves from grabbing phone for every single notification. Firmware update has never worked for me, not sure why. But as an exercise tracker, sort of smart watch….its great.

Without an updated firmware, the watch constantly disconnects from the phone. So sad that there is no support and Tinwoo has decided not to support its users. 
This is what you get when you buy a Chinese product!

Watch starts to run fast if I don’t pair with a phone after connecting to phone time is set to the phones time

No way to adjust time on the watch must pair with phone

When using the battery saving features and twisting my wrist the watch takes a few moments to display which is annoying
